Always nice greeting and plenty of hussle. Owner and veteran staff have always trained new Crew well and level of service is always high. Other businesses would do well to learn from Cami about engaging customers quickly, making eye contact and developing the techniques needed to move through serving them fast while still maintaining quality, cleanliness and an order error % that must be in the low single digits if not to the right of the decimal... all by process, repetition and memory. Always consistent and quality goods.Vegetarian options: They will make whatever you ask for if they have the ingredients. Fill out the form and be specifc. Don't assume and they will make it exactly as you ask. I would not be surprised if owner would consider carrying additional ingredients if regular sold volume and cost justified.Parking: Lots of parking. Outdoor seating.Motorcycle friendly, corner grocer adjacent and fuel including diesel.

Most of the girls are spot on with service.There is a girl in the afternoon however, who consistently forgets the whip cream and today had the cup so full of ice, the lid was forced on.I did not order from her directly, but I always get whipped cream on my mocha and lite ice in the spritzer.I was annoyed. I pointed out that she always makes a mistake on my drink. Her demeanor changed and was clearly irritated by me saying so. She proceeded to call me rude.I reminded her that I am the customer, and all she needed to do was fix the drinks and apologize.I have been a customer for 12 years. I have never had an experience quite like that. Even the other girl working was agitated by my honesty. I will end with this. I really love the coffee and usually the girls are so kind.It’s too bad that some do not hold themselves accountable , nor express respect for themselves or the customer.I’m sorry for the negative review HG.

If you have any sort of social anxiety, this is not the place for you.To start, the place is too small for how busy they are. They would greatly benefit from setting up some sort of line system.You come in and everyone is standing in awkward places, you don't know who is ordering and who is waiting. Then they impatiently ask for your order when they're not even at the front. You then have to wait to actually pay. When you ask clarifying questions about stuff, they are very curt about it. Like you being there is putting them out. Which, I understand that they are extremely busy. But there is a difference between being rushed and being *rude*.My coffee tasted burnt, but that could just be that I don't care for the type of beans they use or something along those lines. So that could be a "it's just me" type deal.I do really enjoy the fact they have a lot of seasonal options. I got a Strawberries and cream lotus and it was amazing.

They always seem to be busy, and there are long waits. The service borders on being rude, as they are always trying to do multiple things at once. They talk over you while ordering, and I often have to repeat part of the order. That was just the way it was there. Then, last time we went there, there were only 2 cars ahead of us, and we still had to wait over half an hour (we only waited that long because we wanted bagels with our drinks). As usual, they were talking and trying to do other things while I tried to order, and I had to repeat parts of the drink order, then they walked away from the window without asking if we wanted anything else. The next time they came to the window, they wanted me to pay, and I said I was planning to order bagels, but I didn't want to wait even longer. They said they asked if that was all. I can't figure out why they think I would make up something like that, but I wasn't going to argue with them. That was the last straw. We left without any of our orders, and we won't be going back. The long waits and rude staff were bad enough when they were getting the order right. If they can't do that, there are way better places out there.
