Ice machine broken for starters and i wanted the jumbo breakfast platter and its advertised everywhere on the store then im told we outta hasbrowns so the meal is unavailable so i get a breakfast sandwich charged about the same as what i really wanted coffee is luke warm assciate was agressive with other customer

Ordered a large drink, it was only 2/3 full when guy puts lid on it. Had to ask him to fill it up. Grilled chicken had good flavor, but so much grease that should've been drained....everything kept sliding off bun, wrapper covered in grease, hard to eat it. Got rear ended in drive thru. Full moon!

Got food last night at like 9 30 to 10 pm and I made a online order they were not busy at all and I gave them about 20 minutes to get the order correct and it was still made wrong and also did not get all the items that I ordered by the time I got home I looked and then noticed.

My only regret ( besides going to this establishment ) is that I can't give less stars. Came thru drive thru on February 22 at 1:45 am and placed my order 3 jack wraps 2 with no pickles and no sauce 1 normal and a order of classic loaded waffle fries no ranch sauce and a oreo shake. The wraps all had sauce and pickles and the fries had ranch when I got home and looked at my order. The woman who took my order was snippy and pushy about asking if that was all when when placing the order. I'm currently ranked in the top 10% of restaurant reviewers in washington state and it saddens me to say that my local Jack in the box screwed up this bad.
I just wanted to give a shoutout to the woman that took our order. I really wish that I got her name. We were visiting the Seattle area for vacation and wanted to go out towards the Olympic National Forest one day. We stopped at this location for lunch and because we had never had it before as they don’t have them in Alabama where we are from. The woman at the counter was very friendly and welcoming and was kind enough to give us a slip of paper with a few places to stop on the way to the Hoh Rainforest that typically only the locals know about. She recommended Madison Falls not too far up the road from there and it was amazing. One of the best waterfalls I’ve ever seen. Like I said I wish I could’ve caught her name, but I do know she said she had once lived in Alabama as well. I want to thank her for making us feel welcome and right at home even though we were very far from home. I hope this review will get shown to her so she will know how appreciative we are.

The staff messed up my order twice and then was rude about it. The kitchen is visibly a mess, and when my fries arrived cold, they didn’t give me fresh ones even though I had tasted a couple, they just threw them back in the frier. Imagine what else they’re doing.

Never have the shakes available, and only consistent thing going on there is you can always count on them missing or forgetting items/ex: if you ask for no pickles or onions, they’re gonna put em on anyways…crew are zombies, not like the fast zombies, they are the slow zombies, from like the b rated 1970s movies, one person is cool at drive thru, you know who you are

I would rate the food five stars here if they had the food on the menu at all times, but they never have anything available. Also, they also screw up the orders every freaking time check your bags peoples everyone there sucks except for maybe one person or two, would not recommend maybe maybe try McDonald’s surf
