Service and Quality depends on who is working. I've gone there and it was the best I've had in awhile! Then another time I was so #@:!& OMG by the time I left that I wasn't EVER go back again. But I see the way cool lady with the short dark hair w/ blue tips. And even though she was the ONLY PERSON working both the drive thru & dinning room orders but she still greeted me with a smile and great service.

If you come here, plan on waiting forever for your food. Oh and plan on drug addicts being around. It may also be helpful if you plan on drug addicts ordering enough food for 10 people, so it will take forever to get your food.Someone came in after me, and it took a long time before anyone behind the counter even acknowledged her.So to summarize, this place is: way too slow, attacts sketchy people, and has tasty, greasy food

Only ones in drive thru made order ok, but our drinks and or dry was missing we had to wait 3 cars to get their orders before we could get a drink and a fry. She forgot our coffee and told to go back in line and order again? 60 bucks worth of food and she forgot 3 drinks and a fry. Got one drink wrong said it was a free milkshake but shorted us a coffee.

My wife and I was there late one night there was drug deals going on at the front door of the Port Angeles Washington Jack in the Box they screwed up my order twice said that they would give us two extra value meals my wife went in to claim those and there was no name for those as we left we looked over as a drug deal went down and a person ran to a car that's abandoned and they had a 4-ft blowtorch going in a car smoking drugs I asked the manager if she knew what they were doing and she said there was nothing they could do welcome to Port Angeles I won't be coming back hopefully they clean up their act

I love the food! Today we went through the drive through and were berated by a young man with long brown hair and glasses. I messed up the name of a breakfast sandwich and he Rudely corrected me in a disrespectful tone. This is the only negative experience I’ve had here but it was enough to make me think about choosing another breakfast place
