Just ordered an Ultimate Italian toasted sandwich. It was over toasted, and an unbelievable amount of moisture was running down my arms and covered my entire chest and abdomen. I was on the road, of course they didn't include any napkins. What the hell people? Do better.

We ordered from here a lot, stopping by or ordering delivery due to the their freaky fast delivery.
They aren't anymore though. They contracted out to UberEats and the last 2 times we ordered on a weekend it took 1.5 hours to get to us. The most recent time the driver tried to deliver to the wrong house but fortunately I saw on the app that he was here and went and grabbed it. The guy wasn't using the default app but some Chinese version that problem introduced errors as both our houses are clearly marked so there is no reason for mistakes.
As far as food, well, it's fine. We get it fairly often and there's at least one mistake about 50% of the time. It's good when it's right.

I’ve had Jimmy John’s dozens of times and the #7 I got here is the BEST sub I’ve ever received. Nice location and staff too.

Place was understaffed and workers seemed stressed, but nice. Jimmy John’s is usually pretty good about putting enough meat on sandwich, but I got like 1/5 of the normal amount of turkey. There was also so much mayo that it felt like I was just eating a mayo sandwich. My friend also got a hair in his sandwich, so it also doesn’t seem to be sanitary.
