The cashier today was rude and full of excuses. Please do your restaurant a favor and let go of him. He mixed up our order and said a doordasher took it which was a complete lie. He refused to provide a refund and said there was nothing he could do. On our order confirmation we made it clear that it was a pickup. We showed it to him but he refused to do anything abt it. Very disappointed experience.

Last time I was there the urinal in the men's bathroom overflowed. On top of that, the orders are sometimes wrong or missing, the food can make you sick if you're not careful, and the service is ridiculously slow. I feel bad for the staff because it doesn't seem like they enjoy working there.

We went through drive through today and lady working the window was very nice n helpful. And the gentleman fixing our food. We thank you both 🙏😊. It's hot outside n they're right in the direct sunlight n still very upbeat

We stopped here on the way home from visiting Salt Creek. Best service, great food and overall a great experience. Definitely the best service in a long time overall at KFC. Definitely recommend!!!

We love the fried chicken and my Dad likes the guy who works there because he is a very nice person and we saw him cleaning the store after he help us with our order. He is a good employee for this business.
