On 1/2/26 I ordered a 4 piece dark and it was the worst chicken ever. Very disappointed in KFC. This used to be my favorite place. Now I hate it. Last 3 times I went there it was terrible. Chicken was dry and hard as a rock.

Ordered original recipe, received a mic of original and extra crispy. Wasn't much of a mix. Out of 12 pieces 1 leg, 1 wing, and several pieces that I couldn't identify. Finally it was too greasy for my taste. Not the KFC I remember.

Horrible service...stuck in the drive thru for 20 mins, nobody answered to take order but had cars in font of me and behind me. When I finally got to the window there was nobody there. I went to Fugals and got my order in the time it took to type up this review.

Waited forever and a day to get my food. Then I find no napkins, eating utensils or any condiments for my biscuit. Terrible service. I called numerous times. NO ANSWER

The cashier today was rude and full of excuses. Please do your restaurant a favor and let go of him. He mixed up our order and said a doordasher took it which was a complete lie. He refused to provide a refund and said there was nothing he could do. On our order confirmation we made it clear that it was a pickup. We showed it to him but he refused to do anything abt it. Very disappointed experience.
