Against advice from locals, I tried this place with sub-par results. 2 visits ago, I received chicken that was burned and an incorrect side (ordered mac and cheese, received mashed potatos). Today, my Mac and cheese was burned and they did not have enough crispy chicken to fill a 4 piece order. Usually, I like KFC but I will wait until Popeyes opens if I decide I want drive through chicken in Port Angeles again.

We waited an hour for our food after ordering. 1 guy was running back and forth preparing customer orders while everyone else stood around laughing and joking. The guy at the window humpped the counter while joking and seal clapping the entire time we waited for our food. We got no gravy with our mashed potatoes, only half the frys, no butter or honey, the pot pie was dry moosh, and the "crispy" chicken was soggy.We were incredibly disheartened by this place and will not be back.

Every time I try to get food from this particular restaurant location, I have an issue. They rarely are able to provide what they offer on the menu or they are out of a particular item(s). If it was only on rare occasion, I wouldn't be upset, but it is the norm for this place. I'm sick of it and I will NEVER go there again!

Told KFC side closed but sold product anyway. Chicken was disgusting. Overcooked and obviously held too long. Bottom of bucket filled with grease. County health dept needs to investigate this establishment.

This particular location has its troubles. They need to definitely hire more people and/or replace ones who are repeatedly calling out. I've visited about 5 times in past few months sometimes for myself and other times picking up for doordash. 3 of those times I waited 45 minutes for the order. 2 times I arrived well before closing (like 3 hours) to find they closed the kfc side and only the taco bell side was open. Google consistently says that kfc is open as late as the taco bell but they actually close kfc an hour earlier. The times I mentioned that they closed early were at around 7pm. And they stated the closure was due to staffing issues.Time for new management or a retraining. They will lose business just like jack in the box in sequim...same issue and that place is never ever busy now. I often wonder if it's even open since its very vacant every day I drive by or stop in. I felt bad for the few people that were working those shifts. I could clearly see how frustrated and very overwhelmed they were. (People working those conditions continuously will not stick around)I was an assistant store manager for a popular Drugstore chain and worked there 20+ years. I did all the hiring and know personally how this works.

Just waited an hour in the drive thru to get slightly above room temperature soggy chicken that I bet has sat in a hot case all day, may not have even been fried at this location. It wasn't even genuinely busy. Don't waste your time here, any chicken from a gas station will be better, hell the chicken at Safeway is better at this point. I'll be going elsewhere

Waited a whole hour for 3 things when they were fully staffed and short line. Food was lukewarm and sub par from any KFC I've eaten at. Manager who was serving food appeared to be intoxicated by something because of slurred speech and irratic behavior. Save yourself the food poisoning.

Ordered the 2 k2 which was supposed to have 2 side. One was supposed to be mashed potatoes and coleslaw and the same for the other order. One only had 2 pieces of chicken and coleslaw. One other had 3 pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes and biscuits. I order at 205 pm and got my order at 2:47 . This is ridiculous and I'll never go back there. Your's truly.

I'm sorry to report a lousy experience at KFC. After waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes, my order was completely wrong! Not only that, the guy that took the order overcharged me.I ordered 2 crispy thighs with beans & Cole slaw. I got 1 thigh, 1 leg original, biscuit and Cole slaw.Slow service, wrong items :(

Pulled up behind 2 cars said they where out of chicken. Waited behind 2 cars for over 30 minutes. Me and the driver in front of my ordered nothing Had to get about and ask the employee to move the one car in front of us around and bring out their food. They refused to do this, and we where stuck in this drive through line for almost 45 mins. Wtf!

Even 1 star can't value it, everyone suffers waiting for more than 30mins no matter dining in or driving through. If you are in a hurry never come here.
