Very very nice staff! Got a brown sugar boba it was yummy :) I didn't expect it to come out blended... Little weird but the boba was perfect and it's actually very good ☺️

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, is on a hill, so it could be difficult if you don't have a motorized chair, but once in the place is very accessible.

Wheelchair accessibility: Level entry, but the building is on a hill. The door jam is raised a bit on the floor by about half an inch but at angles so wheels can roll over.
