Rudest service I've had in a long time. I placed a mobile order and was told 4 or 5 times they don't have my doordash order when I repeated back everytime its not a doordash order. I even showed them their own app in the store and they just stared at me repeating they don't have it. Eventually they made the food off of my screen when I was willing to show my bank statement as proof despite it being their own app. Zero concern for their customers if its not their problem.

This place is always busy. But I feel like when I get food from here, it's usually dried out, like it's been sitting around a bit. Except for the fries. Those are usually fine. So it's ok, not good, just ok.

I ordered at lunch thru the drive in today a quarter pounder with cheese. I brought the sandwich back to my office and it was the wrong order. It was a spicy chicken so I couldn't eat it, but I looked at it and noticed the tomatoes and lettuce were not fresh. It was gross. I called the port angeles mcdonalds and got no answer.

I waited almost 30 minutes for French fries. I didn't notice at first because I was distracted on my phone. Was pathetic.

I was hungry and thought why not. It's been years. Big mistake. Nothing was fresh. Way too expensive for what it is.
Found it difficult to find a clean table to sit. By observation we realized this is a self service restaurant. We stood at counter for 5 min.while employees ignored us. Only 3 customers in restaurant. While eating our meal we saw 3 other customers ignored. Employees not friendly. Environment nit inviting at all. In the passed this restaurant was very clean, very friendly, and professional. Thanks for your time.

Listen your drive threw is not right. Its not fair to be stuck behind a large order and watch 3 cars get ahead of you on the other side that were not even there when I pulled up. Due to this design and process I will never support this location again.
