Prices have gotten out of hand for mediocre "food". The service is similar to the food with incorrect or missing items becoming frequent. Made our last trip to McDonald's this week and will probably not return due to the prices being very high (you can now eat at the local Applebee's for the same price and get much better food and service)

They started promoting the Shamrock Shake before Valentine's Day. To date, I haven't been able to get one, because their shake machine has been down every time I've gone in! Since I go in for the Shamrock Shake, I don't get anything at all if I can't get that (and we would get burgers and fries to go with it). Very frustrating.

Barbara the manager is very very rude and very unprofessional with employees. Not to mention workers have their hands down their pants and then is touching and serving food. It's unsanitary. Most the workers are in the back on the phones are playing around and goofing off. When at the window to pay can hear employees talking and saying rude things about other and cussing also very unprofessional. When at the the window to get food u see employees with their hands in their pants. Over hear conversations that shouldn't be talked about at work let alone loud enough for customers to hear. I personally won't go there anymore. Wouldn't bring my kids inside to hear the cussing and adult conversations and over hear employees belittle others. Don't recommend port angeles McDonald's.
The manager is very unprofessional and rude when problems arise. Ordered 6 McDoubles, plain BOGO, she put 5 in the computer. She even confirmed 6 by repeated it back to us. Go to pay, and there was only 5 on the receipt when we picked up the food, she said she couldn't fix it and we had to come around. They did not honor the bogo and wouldn't hear what we had to say before slamming the window on us and threatening to call the police. They never get the food right. Prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. Never again.

We made a mobile order 30 minutes before closing, went to pick it up and sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement of us being there before pulling up to the 1st window and when there was no one there we pulled forward to the pick up.window where we sat for another 15 minutes AT LEAST trying to get their attention. We honked and knocked and yelled but all we heard was music cranked up high. We didn't get acknowledged until 11:04pm and all the employee did was make a cut off motion across her neck and walked up and locked the window on us. I was trying to tell her we had made a mobile order which was already paid for and she just continued to rudely make the cut off motion while shaking her head with the rudest look on her face. She didn't even say a word to us or try to listen to what I was trying to say. she just walked away. Believe me, she's not going to be happy tomorrow. By the time im done talking to her manager and probably corporate; she's going to regret treating us like we don't matter. I seriously felt like she was looking down her nose at us. Like shes better than us. If shed been doing her job and answered the beep at the speaker or the honks and knocks at the window, and helped us with our order, we wouldve been out of there no later than 10 min before closing. Im Not upset that we didnt recieve our food; im pissed because of the way she handled the situation, and how she hid in the back until she could lock the window and fairly tell ppl they were closed and she couldn't help them.
