We came in tonight for dinner before a paint and sip being offered tonight. I had the chicken Parmesan and it’s the best I’ve had in recent memory. The pasta on the side and sauce with it was a delight. I wish I had thought to take pictures. My husband had the chicken sandwich and he loved it. The gentleman who served us was prompt and kind.
We will be back. Even if we don’t have a painting class. We can’t wait to try other things on the menu.

Got the prosciutto pasta... The menu had no mention that peas were in the dish, and it had sooooo many peas.. which, I can't stand peas.. the other people I was with had sandwiches and both had the bread severely burned... I also went here about a year ago and got the pork schnitzel.. bread was very dry and it kind of ruined the meal... I feel like this place is very close to being excellent. The ideas are there and the menu looks fantastic, but the execution is lacking immensely... Feels like a good chef created the menu, and then they hired a fry cook to make everything... Also... You MUST say that peas are a part of a dish, especially when (outside of the noodles) there were more peas than anything else in that pasta.

Came in a little over an hour before close. First thing I noticed was how bad it smelled in there, and how quiet it was. There were maybe two tables seated. A nice old man came around the corner and told me he isn't seating any tables for another 20 minutes because he's cleaning tables. Wouldn't someone normally clean one table real quick, seat us, and then continue cleaning tables? We'll go somewhere else. Edit: cleaning tables isn't how a restaurant makes money.

Being turned away before 8 PM when the place closes at 9 PM because the server had to clean tables? Not to mention, the place smells of old people and you can actively smell the 2-nonenal, a chemical compound that forms when skin lipids break down and oxidize.

Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever head! Perfectly toasted brioche bun, fried egg, amazingly crisp bacon and melted cheese.

Cute place and great service. Had a Bloody Mary, love the pickled asparagus garnish. Meatballs, fair enough. Chicken Caesar left a lot to be desired, chicken was more McDonald-ish. Mushroom Swiss burger was great, thick cut pickles. Overall good atmosphere.

We love oak street bistro! It’s great for carry out and we love dining in as well. Everything I’ve had is delicious. Best chicken parm I’ve ever had.
What a great place to visit after a show a Filed Hall. You choose your seat which I really enjoy. This place has some very unique menu items and best of all eggs Benedict is available all hours. There many comfort food options as well salads. The steak salad was amazing. The meat was so tender and generous portions. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. When we first arrived they were not too busy and then people started flowing in, with the table and booth set up you can still enjoy a conversation. The atmosphere is relaxing with a small town vibe. I would say the wait time for our food was just about right not too fast and pre cooked. This is a great dining option for a freshly prepared meal at a reasonable price.

slightly odd menu, no veg options, no espresso machine, 60s folk music, olympic peninsula art, but the ahi tuna salad sandwich was delicious and worth going back for
