So delicious and the staff were great.
We are in PA often, but it took us a while to go here. We were craving pho and something that would be a good choice for us, we chose New Saigon and we have zero regrets. We live an hour away, but we will absolutely be back often.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had a rice vermicelli bowl and my husband had the Bun Bo Hue. We both thought our meals were flavorful, great portions, and incredibly authentic. The wait staff were kind and helpful. It's definitely worth a trip here. One minor bummer, the thai iced tea was a little speedy at $6.50 for a small glass, but it was tasty as well.

The pho here tastes very good, with a couple of caveats.
Broth: 4.5 (excellent, slightly too sweet)
Noodles: 5.0 (thinner than usual)
Beef: 4.0 (brisket was too tough, but tendon was excellent)
