Wish I could go to zero stars. After waiting about an hour, got a call I was told I can come pick up my delivery order if I wanted to. Uhh over an hour walk? because they delivery person was sitting in a parking lot a few blocks away(not on a delivery )They can see him through gps. And don't know when he will come . Uhhhh yeah 50 percent delivery charges plus a driver tip expected. Wow. Thought it was a joke. Nope. That place is the joke.

Went to pick up our order and the girl at the front desk was really rude, very temperamental. She was running around, yelling at staff and customers. Made it very uncomfortable to say the least. Didn't want to give me my order she acted like I wasn't even there and told staff to put my food in the fridge area while I was right in front of her.
I ordered delivery for 43.00and paid for it with my debit card and never received the food. Upon contacting them they told me 3 times the manager was not there and 2 other times they told me Jeff the manager would call me That never happened. So I'm out 43.00 charged to. My debit card .no refund and no food. So two weeks later I noticed I had lots of free points accumulated from buying food from there that I had free food that I could spend my points on So I placed the online order for my free items and purchased over 28.00 more . This time I put pay in cash on delivery. Never got the food again. Glad I didn't pay with my debit card because I would have been taken again

Paid $35 for a large 2-topping pan pizza and an order of breadsticks. Once I arrived at the hotel to eat, I realized that there was no sauce with the breadsticks, nor was there any seasoning/toppings on the breadsticks.
Reached out to Pizza Hut for customer service follow-up given the store was closed. It’s been almost a month with zero response.
Chose Pizza Hut over others because the name implies quality. Not in this instance.
*Heard back from the Mgr Don this afternoon, who apologized profusely. Appreciate the follow-up. I will give them another go the next time I am up that way from FL (might be a while)!*
Poor girl was the only one working. But she was still in a good mood and doing her best to make pizzas and answer the front.

I use to work there as a driver. The shift manager did not wash her hands even to make my pizza. I had to ask her if she was going to wash her hands.She wiped her hands and face with her bare hands after rubbing her neck and then went to the maketable and grab a handful of cheese and I asked Ciara if she was going to wash her hands and she then did ....she did not wash her hands until I said something...then the other shift manger would pick her nose and eat it 2x she did that in front of me Corin is the main bosses daughter. I had to quit my job I only did it for tips and she is the main boss daughter She is a grow woman picked her nose and ate it in the resturant. I contacted human resources and they did not say anything except they got the messages.

Before I say anything negative I want to thank sierra for coming to the rescue, she was not even on shift when she got an SOS call from the shift lead. I sat in the lobby for an hour after I made my order and paid for it, at one point my name fell off the board of waiting people and the person at the counter couldn't seem to find my order anywhere and people that had put there orders in after me started receiving their food. The gal at the front counter started to get overwhelmed and ended up calling in Sierra and reassured me that she was going to come and fix it. I have never had this much trouble at this location before. As frustrated as I was I did not get angry I did not lose my cool, I was hungry and tired. But I definitely feel like the staff tonight was in way over their heads.
