The name and the ingredients give off the healthy vibe, but it still tastes great, and they get creative with it. I usually avoid "Bahn mi" from non vietnamese place because they end up bland or with something weird that just doesnt fit a bahn mi. But the rabbit food bahnmi inspired sandwich mixes it up just enough while keeping the flavors you would expect. Only thing missing is the bread. I could go for some more tradional options for the burges and bahnmi.

We swung by here at the beginning of our bikepacking trip along the Olympic Discovery Trail, and we liked it so much we came back at the end of the trip. Tried the Tofu Banh Mi, BBQ Tofu, and Tofu Po' Boy (special). All were fresh and delicious, and the covered patio was a chill spot to hang out.

Some of the best food in Port Angeles! I love the bean ball sub and the southwest burger, my wife loves the bahnmi, and my daughters fav is the mac and cheez. If you don't get the fudgy oat bars for dessert you are truly missing out. The owners are such wonderful people and they are the sweetest with our 3yo daughter. Highly recommend even if you are not vegan! You will not be disappointed!
