Extremely rude staff member. The bearded guy with the cool looking tattoos who was taking the order was super rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. No one is expecting customer service in a drive through but he couldn't even take the order without being rude and disrespectful for no reason. I don't have negative reviews usually but incidents like these definitely need to be called out.

They absolutely loaded up my spicy potato taco and order of KFC fries!! We waited a few minutes in the drive thru for 2 cars ahead, but the sign on the window said they are hiring for 5 positions so considering that, service was fast and friendly. Would definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

Understaffed, overworked employees! Due to this food was subpar, tables were not kept clean, garbages were nearly full, women's restroom had one stall that was grotesque.

I would highly recommend passing this place up. This is the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. Ordered our food through the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes to get to the window. She asked about sour cream on one of the tacos, we confirmed, and it still came with no sour cream. The food was horrible. Tried calling to complain to a manager and of course no one answers the phone.
Literally sat in the drive thru line for 53 minutes tonight. 53! Definitely would have left if we were even able to, but the drive thru doesn't allow that. There were only 4 cars in line in front of us. I understand understaffed and everything, but come on. ☹️ Then I at least expected our food to be fresh and our crunchy tacos crunchy, our nacho fries done well, but everything was soggy and almost inedible...

People are friendly, but the wait times are HORRIBLE. Ordered two soft tacos, a classic sandwich with fries and a quesadilla. Dine in. Got the food 35 minutes later and all of it was cold, not warm, cold! forgot the fries.
