Been in line for over 20 min on a Sunday evening...not fast food...SLOW and cold

Overall a good experience. I had some cold meat on the top of my crunchy tacos. I think the guy working up front was new so he was having some troubles, but it all worked out. When we finished eating we realized there were a ton of sugar ants all over the place and some of them ended up traveling with us because we found some climbing inside our car. They were crawling along the ledges of the restaurant, up the walls, and some on the seat I was sitting. We didn't notice until we were done eating probably because the interior was really cute and had fun old pictures of the Colonel on the wall. This can be taken care of so I didn't rate it lower.

This Taco Bell location must be trying to be terrible , every time I’ve been I’ll be missing a taco or a burrito, but more often than not I’ll get half of my order forgotten. I don’t blame it on staff, but I would blame management who apparently can’t train their staff to remember to pack the bags with the whole order.
But I will give this location one thing it’s consistent. consistently completing half the job, consistently new staff, consistently dry ingredients, and consistently the worst Taco Bell.

Ordered on the app, they gave me half my order after waiting 10 mins later than the selected pickup time. Didn’t find out until I got home, food was mediocre at best which makes it string even worse. Horrible location.

KFC is one of just 3 places I can eat, I have a lot of food allergies. It's too bad the restrooms are out of order. I like to wash my hands after touching the handle of a door.

This is the slowest, fast food place in town.. every time I go here, it takes at least 30 minutes before I even get my food.. half the time even we stand in line with no one even at the counters for a good 10 15 minutes.. it's been an hour since my order was taken. I should have just gone to macdonalds, where it's an actual FAST FOOD... SMH doesn't make sense to name yourself as ( fast food) when you take an hour. Not to mention the horse playing they can heard doing in the back of the kitchen, cursing

Slowest service ever. They don't have anyone working the front counter so you don't even get your order taken until you have waited a minimum of 5 minutes. Avoid if you are in a hurry!

If you are hungry and you in a hurry, don't come here. The slowest kfc/taco bell I have had to experience. Food was OK.
Edit: After reading the other reviews, the major problem with this location is wait times. My work partner told me I was waiting over 30 minutes and was about to drive away without me, as we had a 2.5 hour drive ahead of us.

3.3.25 So, I decided to try the drive through today and figured it had to be better then my last visit.......nope. Out of the 7 crunchy tacoscI have ordered at this location, I have only had one that was not cracked or destroyed. I might as well be eating a taco salad. They should atleast give you a fork with your crunchy tacos. My Steak quesadilla was not cut, it was folded over and glued to the bag that it comes in. Threw it away.
I was hoping to have a full stomach on my 2.5 hour drive home from work, today. Guess not
Ordered food and sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Didn't even pay for the food till it was almost done and the guy came over to see if anyone had taken payment. Didn't even see an employee for 15 minutes after ordering

The mashed potatoes and gravy are so good, but the night manager is beyond great. And he's cute too! Shout out from orange Chevy dd 😀😀😀😀

If you like Taco bell/KFC it's pretty good not the best. It's the extra long wait times and below average service that kill it almost every time. This place needs new management!
