Another morning and another amazing coffee shop discovered in Port Angeles. Blackbird Coffee has absolutely everything you would want in a coffee shop including great coffee, great food, art on the walls and a spectacular crew working there. Everyone is so nice they all seem like owners and we certainly felt welcome even if we didn’t necessarily appear as locals. Overall it’s a nice coffeehouse. My only complaint is the ciabatta bread not being toasted for their breakfast sandwich. It was soft and mushy.

My family regularly visits Blackbird and are known patrons by several of the workers. It’s a bustling spot most mornings with folks meeting for a cup. They have a broad assortment of baked goods for just about any budget.Parking: There is a parking lot to the West of the building with angled parking spaces and some straight-in parking along the front of the shop.Kid-friendliness: Toys and books for children.
