Keyla was very kind to us, there are some options for vegetarians. I recommend the chipotle burger with black beans and the flourless chocolate cake, delicious!!

Food was less than mediocre. The waitress was awful at time management and consolidating her steps even with just a few tables. She had a hard time remembering orders and I had to ask her a few times for things - I would probably write stuff down if I was her. We waited almost 10 min to be seated and there were tables open everywhere and it wasn’t very busy. Waited forever to order and then the food was brought out with pepper on the eggs which my 5 yr old didn’t like so I asked for another egg with nothing on it. The egg was never brought and instead of not charging us less they asked if they could pack it up for us to go. Over all probably the worst dining out experience and definitely not worth what they’re charging. I realize it’s the only place restaurant in the area but hopefully they’ll hire better cooks/servers next time.

Love the hotsprings and staff at this location! The cabins are old and in need of TLC - ours had some mold growing in a corner inside, one of the outside swings had collapsed and sat unattended, so maintenance and reinvesting is necessary. It's over priced and poor accomodations but the hotsprings makes up for it and a very young and kind staff were gracious and attentive!

missed on alot, overcooked burger, and everyone had finished their food before I even got mine. no discount even after mentioning or even offer to fix the mistakes. I get its remote area, but doesn't deserve the stars others gave from our

There isn't a way this is a 4.6 rating. Their elk burger is half ground beef and is cooked well done, even after being asked what cook we wanted (rare) the fries are O'Brien crinkle cut and they have limited sauces. Further their $10 margaritas came from a can and they didn't have nor have had clam chowder for 2 days. No gluten free offerings. The only good thing was the bacon wrapped dates and only of you love gorgonzola.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! I had an idea of what to expect based on other national park restaurants and this exceeded my expectations in nearly every aspect.Granted, when I first arrived for dinner it took quite awhile to be seated despite the restaurant not being very busy. That being said, once seated everything got much better. From most seats you can see the hot spring pools and there's a small outdoor seating area. The food was superb. There was a jerk chicken wings special that evening which I opted to try alongside a house salad. The clam chowder was delicious (full of clams) and the beyond burger was super tasty. While I didn't have it, the fish & chips looked incredible. Not small little pieces but one long fillet! The meal was so good we went back for breakfast the next day. The breakfast wasn't quite as good and I didn't feel the value was there but they did allow us to order the smaller kids breakfast (which was still a lot of food.) The bacon and sausage were both extremely high quality. While many will opt to cook at their cabin or campsite I can't recommend a meal here enough. Great service & great food!

Our breakfast at the resort was outstanding. I had the French toast with some kind of berry compote. It was devine! The coffee was good as well.Jordan was an excellent server and made us feel right at home, especially when we learned he is from Alabama too.

Didn't actually eat in the restaurant, but bought snacks in the gift shop and sat here at a picnic table at water's edge to eat them. What a way to enjoy a snack!1

Location is top notch! A great place to unplug and relax but the accommodations and resort itself was disappointing for the price. It was during COVID so options from the restaurant were really limited. I would not go to a resort to have a hamburger or elk burger. And the store was really under stocked. We had a single cabin which was ok- rustic and sufficient sums it up. The kitchenette was marginally stocked. Service was either really good or really bad. The front desk was not friendly at all. We did not have coffee in our room (only decaf) so went to restaurant to get real coffee and the person there was exceptional. Despite all of the issues I would say the setting is beautiful and look to accept the issues. Hopefully this was due to Covid and not standard

I was expecting an upscale resort similar to the ones I visited in Europe and this place was a disappointment. The cabins costing $250-275/ day were basic without even a microwave in the one without a kitchen. There was always a line to be served at the front desk as there was usually just one person working behind the desk. The dressing room is small with not a lot of bench space to sit and change. The dressing floor was always quite wet. I liked the soaking pools and guests can access them pretty well the whole day. However, the pools are quite basic with no waterfall and only two jets streaming out hot water. Not what I was expecting unfortunately.
