Visited last week to dine in. Despite only two customers ahead in line, it took ten minutes before we could place our order. It took another 15 minutes before we received our food! You call this fast food?! Fries were hot. Burger was adequate, but lacking tomato. Cashier was new, but still needed assistance. An additional employee was needed. Also, priority was placed on drive-through customers over in-store patrons. This store has lost my business.

one of the most chaotic fast food experiences i’ve had in a very long time. these guys were completely overwhelmed, many people waiting in the lobby for 15 min at least just to place an order, multiple people left after waiting too long. i ordered pick up through door dash and waited 30 min just to be told the order “never came through on their scale” whatever that means. had to do the whole song and dance to get a refund and leave.

Ordered spicy nuggets, instead of making more spicy nuggets they gave us a mix between non spicy and spicy. Very disappointing and gross when you think its spicy and it's not
The guy who was running the drive thru window kept making inappropriate references to the food I was receiving.

Horrible wait time at drive thru, 15 minutes at least with one car ahead of me.
The doors were locked and even doordash was told to go into the long line at the drive thru. They are under staffed.

Warning - would not risk eating here again. Stopped here for dinner with my family & the service was fine, but the food must not have been handled properly as my mom ended up getting food poisoning from the chili. Will definitely not be back again due to the risk for sickness.

It’s sad that the latest reviews are from people who worked there years ago and haven’t been back since….. not a very accurate description of wendys. The roof has been fixed for a couple years now- as well as the sink and dishwashing drain in the back- works great now. As someone who actually works at wendys- we know it was rough there for a bit, believe me we weren’t having a good time either- with such short staff and all new management it was hard to pick up the pieces. But we are improving and getting better daily, while working our asses off. :)

The people complaining about how it is here haven't worked here in 4+ years and rather add water to the fire they prefer oil. Maybe forgetting that teens and young adults work here and is many peoples first job. The new management is turning sales again despite people quitting. Yall choose to wait knowing the food is fresh, why else would it take 10 minutes for 30 nuggets?
