To start this review, I'm a regular at this Wendy's. We come here at least once a week, sometimes twice if my family is busy. We're regular enough that some employees know my face and name, so hopefully this is taken seriously coming from someone who comes often and is friendly. I usually order on mobile.
First, the good: * Consistency - I have a kid with ARFID and a kid who's a more general picky eater. Consistency is extremely important for them, and that's part of the reason we come here. * Staff - people are friendly! There's at least one person I swap jokes with at the drive thru, and everyone else usually has a smile on their face. * Cleanliness - the restaurant inside is usually quite clean when we go in there, so that's a huge positive.
Here's the bad part, and it's almost entirely this one thing: waiting!!! I'm not sure what's going on here, if there is some kind of inefficiency in the system or what, but the waiting time can be pretty bad. Almost every time I go through the drive thru I have to pull up or to the side and wait. This is usually for nuggets. It's even worse if I order on the app for dine-in - one time my order was basically forgotten about until someone asked if I had been helped and I had to show them my receipt, just to find out someone had put our food to the side. I'd like to not have to pull to the side every time I come through and get food, and I'd rather not get forgotten about just because I order for dine-in on mobile with my kid. Even just now - it's December 26th at 5:45, and I went through 20 minutes ago - there was someone else pulled up in front of me waiting, and then I had to pull into a parking spot to wait. I actually got my food before the other car, but they were there when I got there and when I left. Yeesh.
If we can upgrade that one thing, I'll give it a 5* rating. I really don't think it's necessarily about people working faster - they bust their asses in there - I think it might be a team and efficiency thing.

We went through the Drive Thru. The Food was Hot and Fresh. Not much of a Wait. I had the Dave's Big Bacon Classic Double. It was Really good. The Veggies were Crisp and Flavorful. The Girl's had Baconator's, with Baconator Fries. They were Happy. There are New Frosty Flavors Ya, We'll Go Back...

Waited 20 mins in line - which was bad enough but they have cut the size of the "Chicken Pecan Salad " by half but they sure didn't reduce the price !!! I call fowl !!
My son got food poisoning there started throwing up within an hour. He ate a hamburger. The rest of us were fine but only got a frosty.

Visited last week to dine in. Despite only two customers ahead in line, it took ten minutes before we could place our order. It took another 15 minutes before we received our food! You call this fast food?! Fries were hot. Burger was adequate, but lacking tomato. Cashier was new, but still needed assistance. An additional employee was needed. Also, priority was placed on drive-through customers over in-store patrons. This store has lost my business.

one of the most chaotic fast food experiences i’ve had in a very long time. these guys were completely overwhelmed, many people waiting in the lobby for 15 min at least just to place an order, multiple people left after waiting too long. i ordered pick up through door dash and waited 30 min just to be told the order “never came through on their scale” whatever that means. had to do the whole song and dance to get a refund and leave.

Ordered spicy nuggets, instead of making more spicy nuggets they gave us a mix between non spicy and spicy. Very disappointing and gross when you think its spicy and it's not
