The pork chop was delicious. We got there at opening which was a smart decision because within 30 minutes there was a line for tables.

I had the very excellent pork chop but my wife got the fried oysters and they were not very good. My MIL got the chicken parmesan and it was very plain and the chicken was flavorless. The front door arrangement is such that both doors are often open at the same time allowing a blast of cold air to sweep across the nearby tables.

We've tried twice to eat at this place. Drove in from Sequim because one acquaintance said it was so good. They're never open for the lunch we looked forward to and after reading reviews about the rude service and over priced food , we won't be giving it a go. Here's a clue for this restaurant...pay attention to reviews and how the public perception gives you a black eye.

Love this place when they are open. Great food. Great service. Great location. It was a bit of a wait while they were closed for the holidays but the old adage “ good things come to those who wait “ has never rung truer.i waited and was not disappointed. Had a wonderful experience dining here. Would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who needs a good steak and great desserts.

Beautiful and Romantic The food is amazing! I love the charred veggies and the specials! Everything is good you can't go wrong but without a doubt have the Vanilla Crème brûlée for an after meal firework show! LOve Love Keep being passionate and your food will show it thank you woodfire Grill!

What a great place for a "special occasion" meal. We had the seafood & steak. Both did not disappoint. The fish was a combination of salmon, shrimp, scallops, and halibut. It also came with clams but I asked it to be left off and the server immediately asked if I wanted more of something else. How often does that happen?! The fish was perfectly cooked and the scallops were very well done. The vegetable medley was nice, as well. Not a huge fan of risotto (came with the seafood) but this was lemony and nice. The steak was huge - no skimping in portions here - and cooked to order and delicious. We also had the artichoke appetizer (cannot add anything more than "try it!") and two of the desserts. The lemon cheesecake with blueberry sauce was very refreshing and the chocolate torte (2 layers!) was was insane. Though this isn't an every week place for us to eat, as it's not inexpensive (but worth it) we will be back for our next special date night. Thank you! (Great atmosphere, too. Very homey - yet professional).

Service was great and friendly. Food was good as usual. Enjoyed the fried oysters followed by the crème brûlée. The rest of the group enjoyed their meals also. We were talking with friends after desert and told the waiter we would head outside by the fire to finish our conversation taking our drinks so they could seat others. The owner came out and thanked us, saying most people would not have done that and asked f there was anything else she could bring us. We thanked her but needed nothing but to finish our conversation as we had not seen each other for awhile. To have the owner come out and personally thank us for moving by the fire to finish the evening was a nice touch.

100% the best meal I've had in the 2 years I've visited Port Angeles. Highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip and salmon linguine. Finished off our meal with some PB pie. Service was great and super cute restaurant.

This is place to so ROMANTIC. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has beautiful lights and fireplaces all around. They give you blankets if you are chilly. The food is out of this world good. If I could only eat at one place forever, this would be it. My husband and I go here for all our anniversary birthday dinners. Denny is the owner and the chef. He plates his food beautifully, and occasionally, he will let his OG customers order their favorite "no longer on the menu" item. This place is the place for an incredible date night.

Terrific place in Port Angeles. We were seated outside on the deck. The area was quite comfortable with sufficient heating. The service was excellent and the food was well prepared and presented. Everything was delicious. If you find yourself in Port Angeles, we highly recommend.

Their smoky, spicy grilled salmon on Caesar salad is absolute heaven! It may not look like much, but the flavor will knock you off your feet. It's the best salmon I've had.

We were waiting on our table to be ready. Me, my wife, and my two kids (6 and 2) were waiting down by the artificial grass for our table. Randomly a red head guy in a white button up comes down the stairs and tells us the kids aren't allowed to play in that area...so we asked our kids to sit down. Not even 2 min later he comes back out and tells us "we need to leave if we have kids with us" I explained that we were simply waiting on our table and he waved us off. In short, this place is "not" family friendly and we will not be back. I take my kids seriously, if they're not welcome then we're not welcome.

The food was amazing! Both my husband and I were blown away by how good everything was. It is a small place but the atmosphere is cozy not crowded. I wish we lived in Port Angeles so we could eat here more often!
