Good mexican food with the option to sit outside. Service was a little bit slow but they where quite busy.

Not what I'm used to. First time to have Mexican food that tasted like Chef Bouardee. No hate, just not for me. I like a little spice & cilantro.

Really American-style Mexican food — everything cooked with ketchup. Almost everything was pre-cooked, and it’s clear they put far more effort into advertising than into the food itself. Truly one of the most impressively bad meals I’ve ever had. My only regret is trying it at all.

Far cry from being authentic. Too expensive. Noisy and many bugs flyingaround. There are better places. Can't recommend.

We come to Port Ludlow every summer for a month. The Molcajete restaurant is quite wonderful. The family who own it are very kind and always offer the best service. Very nice atmosphere in the indoor restaurant. Large outdoor patio with umbrellas is also very comfortable. The food is very authentic and delicious. The lunch special is amazing. Quesadillas with chicken, rice, beans, quacamole, sourcream for $12.50. Enough food for 3 meals. and yummy. We recommend with the highest regard. You will not be disappointed.

We stopped for dinner after returning from a whale watching tour out of Port Townsend. We were quite pleased with our choice! The food was better than your typical Mexican restaurant, great margaritas and ice cold beer, drinks for the kids too. We opted to eat outdoors and enjoyed the fresh air. Service was excellent!

While it's a nice clean spot with a decent courtyard, it's still just American Mexican food. This isn't authentic or cuisine, but it's the only MX option nearby and the ingredients are quality.
