We are from San Diego and have a cabin close by. We live in an area that has amazing Mexican food restaurants. I never ate Mexican food in Washington. Just wasn't impressed but have been here now numerous times. Some of the best Mexican food and service you can get an we look forward to making this one of our first stops when we come now. High recommend. Owners and service are amazing and the ice cream shop is just as good.
I come here with my family and have always had a fantastic experience. The staff are warm and accommodating even when we are coming in late, the atmosphere is cozy, and our meals are absolutely delicious. I have tried several things here but especially recommend the margaritas and the carne asada and camarones. The steak is seared and flavorful, the tortillas are warm, and the shrimp is very fresh. The freshly made chips, salsa, and guacamole are also fabulous.
