Best bbq I've had west of the Mississippi. I live in central WA, but anytime I have to go over the mountains, I try to stop in. I keep going back to the Hoss-level heat, but the other sauces are flavorful and delicious. The pulled pork is always perfectly done. Micturition experience is pleasant as well.
Really great bbq sandwiches. The owner always seems to be on site. It's likely why the food is so consistently delicious!

Party of four we had pork Carolina Trailboss, beef Trailboss, 3pc Rib Special, Pulled Pork on a Biscuit. And all were excellent! The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are clean. And the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend eating hear.
I’ve been here a bunch of times over the last few years. A little pricey, but still way better than anything you’ll find in the city. It’s been consistently good, especially their baked beans.

I wanted some BBQ for Labor Day weekend and stopped here after hitting the crag. It hit the spot! The food was bomb and the guy at the front was friendly and efficient. They quickly got my food out and let me fill my nalgene up for some much needed H2O. Thanks for the quality pork BBQ sandwich with coleslaw. It was like a taste of home. The inside was neat and clean.
Note that I took my food to go back to Seattle, so it will look a little less smooshed in real life.
Wow!! Excellent food!! I got a pulled pork sammie with coleslaw, jalapeño mac and cheese, beans, and a beer. Everything was so good, and reasonable prices. Finger licking good! Definitely check it out!
