Atmosphere is not welcoming at all .Lady (bhenji) working behind register behaves like she does not care whether customers are coming to her bussiness or not .At first place you are the one to welcome customers and greet them but now you dont bother to do so but customer themselves are greeting you ( saying ssa) and asking how is your day and you are least bothered to respond even .Well i thought this was her peraonality to behave like this with her community people but looking at comments even today and weeks and months ago ,it seems all people are getting same treatment .Good luck to this bussiness .

Update: Sorry not sorry for updating with even fewer stars. Gave it one more try. Never, ever again. Couldn't be more disappointed. Service still felt like I was an unwelcome imposition. I asked for the bread and cheese to be toasted as she'd offered then said I wanted the patty heated through. Watched her put it in the oven then got chips and walked the register. Got home; still chilled like before. Actually gagged the taste, texture and overall feel were so disgusting. I've had this sub sandwich many times and never had this happen. For 2 of us the order was $60! Appalled. You're not the only game in town. Issaquah and North Bend aren't all that far away.----The veggie patty was refrigerator-cold. Had a very difficult time understanding the woman behind the counter (she had a heavy accent, spoke quickly, mumbled and looked away as she spoke) and when I asked her to repeat--very politely--she seemed to act as though it was my fault and again spoke quickly, mumbled and looked away. Finally I just told her simply and politely what I wanted done: everything toasted then heated except for the tuna sub. I got my chips and stood at the register waiting while a line of sandwiches was being prepared and assumed my sandwich was being heated. Got home and it was disgusting! $60 (SIXTY DOLLARS!) for indifferent service and food that was nearly inedible.Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian but love the texture and taste of the veggie patty. It seems they don't heat them so me sure you watch them out it in the oven otherwise it's super nastyParking: Spaces on side at door and at other stores

Expensive. And they also save on ingredients - putting as little stuff in the sandwich as possible.

We came by here for a quick sub after hiking at tiger mountain. 6" subs were over $9 and footlong subs were $15. We walked out.

Poonam was so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the churros!

2 orders (via online) in a row that we ordered toasted and they where absolutely NOT toasted. (Steak sandwich was cold! And we are staying less than a mile from the store ??)Guess we are gonna venture further out from now on.

Very nice. Clean, the attendant is kind, the food is fresh and the eatery is quiet.

The veggies didn’t look fresh, at least 2 days old. “Toasted” sandwich was cold. The girl that was making the sandwich couldn’t care less, sloppy work. Looks like she didn’t put the sandwich in the oven for 30 seconds, it was way too quick. Overall, bad experience, won’t be going back.

Altogether a disappointing experience. Charged $4 for two barely level scoops of avocado they was pretty dried out. Ended up paying over $30 for one footlong with double meat and dry avocado paste and a large drink. At that price, which is obscene in any circumstance, the ingredients should be perfect. Couldn't even eat the second half of the sandwich later because it was just not good despite being the exact same thing I order any time I go to any subway sandwich shop. Unlikely to stop at this location again.

It's a family atmosphere. They do a lot of online orders, but in person is treated with prompt service.

Horrible experience. Worst Subway experience I ever had in my life. The girl didn't asked what type of bread we want, didn't give us any viggie at the first place, upon our request she gave us some, didn't give us any sauce, upon our request she said it didn't come with any sauce but eventually gave us some. At the end I asked her "Isn't all subway sandwich come with veggie and sauce"? She pointed to the menu and said the menu only listed the meatball and other ingredient but no veggie and sauce so it doesn't come with veggie or sauce. Will never come to this store.

Disgusting. Rotten vegetables. Brown lettuce. Goopy tomato's. The staff let their friends use the toilet but not the public because Americans aren't "clean enough" by their standards. Though the Dining room was full of old trash and sticky tables...

The owner of this Subway is crazy. If you don't like customer service come up with a different type of business to be in. This is voted Washington's worst Subway, I suggest not coming here. I can make a better sandwich at home then this rip off shop. Drive to another Subway and don't support this business owner as he is rude and crazy.
