Brewminatti in Prosser is one of the best coffee shops in Washington wine country. The espresso drinks and locally roasted coffee are excellent, and the breakfast bagel sandwiches and paninis make a great start to the day. The space has a relaxed café vibe with plenty of seating, and the service is friendly and efficient. What makes Brewminatti unique is the live music and small concert atmosphere that brings great performers into an intimate venue. If you are exploring downtown Prosser, Brewminatti is a perfect stop for quality coffee, good food, and a great local vibe.

I had such a great experience working with this little coffee/lunch shop! I needed lunch catered for a group of about 20 people last minute and they absolutely went above and beyond to make it happen. They were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process so easy for me.
The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully put together, and everyone in our group was raving about it. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a place that’s not only great at what they serve but also so thoughtful and helpful behind the scenes.
Thank you, thank you!!

Really nice environment in there. The workers are really nice, the coffee here is the best we’ve had in prosser for sure, and we’ve been to them all now. Would definitely recommend this place to people I know.

I'm a stickler for coffee shops, but this one hits the mark. Quality coffee options, including many varieties of drip (oddly uncommon). The floors are old hardwood, the walls are brick, and the lighting warm. No obnoxious loud music, large but cozy, old farmers at tables chatting, it has a very welcoming feel. Love it.

I love to pick up a London Fog tea here. We usually go here for music, but it's also a great place for tea, coffee and beer.

Great Americano. No heavy cream here but the bean roast was smooth and delicious. The snickerdoodle was to die for.

Their website states they have gluten free options but they have none.
So we turned around and left.

Our group had breakfast at Brewminatti both mornings we were in town. We called ahead and they happily saved us a table. It's a huge coffee shop with many breakfast items like bagel sandwiches, scones, yogurt, strata and gluten free options. Looks like they have waffles on the weekends and live music for some evenings. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

I have been traveling all over the country this year and I want to say the coffee is probably the best quality we have had traveling. The service was great and the staff was Friendly. The locals were there every morning for a week if that says anything.
Love this place! New to town, each time I went in or through drive through was a great experience-my daughters and I love it! The scones are baked in house and makes the air smell amazing!! Some sauces are made in house & much tastier than the sugary synthetic ones. I love the espresso in the mornings, my kids enjoy the Italian sodas and freshly baked cookies :) Worth the stop- relax at a table with a puzzle or book, they even have night events sometimes! Recommend!
Since the owner decided to call out the integrity of my review, I'll provide details.
I came in on a weekday morning for coffee. There was 1 other person seated at a table near the entrance and no workers to be seen. I stood near the register for roughly 5 minutes before wandering around to see if anyone was working. Finally someone came out from the back and asked what I wanted. I ordered drip coffee, they put my cup on the counter, put out 2 creamer options for me to self serve and disappeared into the back again.
The allure of small town, local coffee shops is the service. If I wanted to be treated like a bother I'd go to Starbucks. 3 stars on food because the coffee was decent, 3 stars on atmosphere because I could see how the interior would be fun if anyone was actually inside. 1 star for service as referenced above.
