I hate to do this. I take my son here frequently. He is autistic and star nuggets are a safe food. We most often see Katie in the drive thru. She is an absolute doll. My son and I love her. She deserves a raise. Today, I went through the drive thru and a younger woman was working. Dark hair. Crappy attitude We were made to pull forward to wait for my son’s nuggets. This is totally understandable. They forgot us there for 15 minutes. When I went back through the drive thru, the young lady was rude. My food was ice cold. Whoever worked the drive thru shift 4/27 at approximately 1:45 was awful. The whole experience was gross.

My burger was cold. The guacamole bacon burger has long been my favorite. Today it was cold and the burger patty was really small. This is the second time this burger was substandard.
Ordered 2 hamburgers got 1. Said something to employee. He replied that he charged me for 1. Well I ordered 2, I'll pay for another one. Not he wouldn't shut his mouth on how he can speak his mind. How I'm rude. Pull it together youth.
