My burger was cold. The guacamole bacon burger has long been my favorite. Today it was cold and the burger patty was really small. This is the second time this burger was substandard.

The staff was the worst I have ever seen. They yelled at me for not understanding their menu as I am not and will never again be a customer of Carl's Jr. I was doing a good deed for someone who needs help. I bought some burgers for him and his family. This cashier (I think she was manager because she kept walking into the office) was rude, unhelpful and just plain mean. She should be fired.
I ate here and the burgers where cold and the fires where to salty and after I ended up sick, I’m never eating from this Carl’s Jr again
