I did not catch the wonderful lady's name this morning but she was by herself and was doing the best she possibly could. Even with the stress of her being alone she had a very positive attitude and calm posture when addressing the customer's. Greatest customer service I have seen in a long time.

A fast food place at a truck stop. The register person wasn't so nice. Yet, a person who came out to service the dining area was very helpful.Because we were using coupons, they had to ring each order up separately. Then, our first order was neglected to get to us. I'm glad we didn't do a drive-thru service.
