Called In My Order @5:30 said it was going to take 10minutes so I took my lunch break at 5:50-6 showed up they said they were waiting on my Shake for my order waited another 15 mins and the girl at the window was being rude about it By time I got my food I was 10 mins late for work my food was cold I called they said they couldn’t do anything unless I brought my food back mean while Im at work no lunch cold food and I asked for my refund bc they said they talked to “Davy” personally and he said “my refund should be there with in 2 days” NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING Service Sucked Food Was Cold Sauce Was All Over the food Didn’t Even Eat Just Tossed It. I also told the guy I ordered 30 minutes ago whats taking so long he said well the food been done for 20 minutes ima make sure my family will NOT COME HERE AGAIN!!!

Typical small town burger place food was good but nothing special
My comfort food! Growing up here, this was the place that will forever hold the comfort food memories for me. The best shakes! All the delicious fried things, and now the new cheese curds... so delicious!

The staff are very rude and prioritize the drive through. Was told to wait a minute (gladly so) before they could take our order, but my bf and I watched four cars get their order and drive away before we were acknowledged. Felt pressured into tipping as well, almost like it’s required. Usually I tip, as I am a restaurant manager myself but couldn’t this time as we waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken. Right as we were about to leave they finally acknowledged us, so we decided to give this place a try. Then they got our order wrong and wanted us to pay the difference on the order. So we just decided to get a refund and go to McDonald’s. Never coming back

The last couple times have been SO disappointing!!! We drive from Mabton to get 2 milkshakes and ordered chocolate with fresh banana. It was so full of chocolate syrup and gross frozen bananas with a weird consistency. We both couldn’t finish them! Then we had an appointment in Prosser and took a chance husband just wanted a twist cone and I only wanted a small fry. We waited 10 minutes for them to bring out a twist cone, which was maybe 2 inches off the cone and melted over the edges and then waited an additional 10 minutes for a small french fry, I will not be back again!!!!

We bought Two hamburger combos and one drink… Came to $35.47….it showed the tip and before we had a chance to fill it out, it put the tip in itself and gave us a receipt. $8.40 for a tip. When we asked the gal work in the window if we could get a Reba and she said that wasn’t possible. Sadly to say after that, we were sitting waiting for our food and I read the reviews and I have to say I was so grossed out by somebody finding mold in their hamburger that we walked away, left our food and didn’t eat. Stay away from this gross ripoff of a food joint.

The staff here has always been friendly and im greatful for that. Their prices are a little up there to me though. Burgers have super thin patties. So we don't order those. But the loaded tater tots are really good. The amount of stuff they put on top is, amazing! Overall decent place to grab a quick bite!

The individual taking our order was very rude. The people in line all talked about her rudeness as we waited to place our order. I’m gig on customer service, when it was my time to order I asked her if she was ok because she seemed to be having a bad day. She responded rudely. Her name was Dariela S. I would encourage the staff to be courteous and receptive to the customers.
Great staff. Good burger, great fries! It seemed to me you should call your order in? Or maybe they were #ber eats? Very long wait as a walk-up customer. FYI... the Dave's burger is massive! It's like 4 single burgers.

Food is just so, so. Edible, but you can tell the burger patties are cooked from frozen. They are dry and stiff. We ordered a hand scooped shake, and there was lots of freezer frost in it, as if it was scooped from an old container. Soft swirl might be a better choice. We spent $38.00 for two burgers and one shake.We didn't even eat it. We will never stop there again! So sad because this place could be awesome if they just tried.
Parking: You should park in the parking lot belonging to the $$ store

My wife and I waited in line about 10 minutes to get to the drive up window. No problem, we were willing to do it. We only wanted a single scoop cone and chocolate shake. Twenty-five minutes later we were told they were out of the ice cream flavor we ordered. We said “okay, just give us two shakes”. They wanted us to get back in the long line to pay for the difference (cone vs shake). We asked for our money back but they would only give us a partial refund. The shake was already made (mostly melted at this time) so we had to pay for it. Terrible service and although we are Prosser residents, we will NEVER return.
