Recently married a couple from our church, and after the wedding ceremony, the reception was at Desert Wind Winery. We had the large back reception hall, all to ourselves. It was a very luxurious, well kept, clean, spacious place for this event. We had a great visit, and got to meet one of the owners while there, great smile and conversation.100% Recommend this place for any large group event! Thank you Desert Wind!!Noteworthy details: The fireplace in the large reception hall was gorgeous.

Amazing service, food, and wine. Overall experience was amazing. The food is delicious!! We ordered a rib dip sandwich and wagluke slope burger; very flavorful!!! The wine tasting was so good, the have a mixed and red! Red was our choice and all of them were good. My favorite was the 2019 Mourverde.

As a place to eat ... I do not recommend. Our food was stale, did not taste good and was very overpriced. The service was fine and ambiance was nice.

Friendliness, Service and food was delicious! I, along with several others tried the brie sandwich. Such a favorite, that we will return to enjoy the entire experience and the wine

Delicious food, good wine, great service! We stopped for lunch on our way home from Boise and ended up staying the night. The room was spacious and they have thought of everything! Glassware and wine key in room, TV with streaming services, gas fireplace, Kuerig with real mugs (not paper), robes, very comfortable bed, soft towels (& many of them), small shampoo/conditioner/bar soap, body wash, and lotion, ice & microwave available for use in the hall. A FULL complimentary glass of wine at check in, red or white bottle of wine waiting in your room (also complimentary), breakfast delivered to your room in the morning (included with stay), and we watched the beautiful sunset from our balcony. No elevator (not a problem for us - but keep in mind if you can't do stairs). Winery closes at 7pm.

The Sacajawea Room (Airbnb-style inn) is beautiful! See the photos. However the room was not air conditioned even though advertised as such, and thermostat controls do not allow for adjustment. I called the management for help. Maybe they are able to adjust the controls? No one returned my voicemail. -Not ever. I double checked and triple checked the phone number. The temp (in July) climbed to 85 degrees inside our room. The fan we found in the closet wasn't much for relief. As we were leaving the next day, I asked winery staff if they knew who was in charge of the inn. They said "Destiny" was there in her office all morning. Does Destiny hide or is she is too busy to be concerned?I wish we read the summertime reviews beforehand - all stated the A/C did not work.

We were a slightly high maintenance party and Emily and the others were awesome. The wine was beautiful, the food was great and the service was excellent. Thank you for a lovely experience.

This review is only for the restaurant inside Desert Wind Winery. I went with my girlfriend and we enjoyed the location and atmosphere. Very pretty inside with lots of event space. We ordered a spinach artichoke dip, along with a blackberry jam and Brie grilled cheese and a burrata cheese. I had the rose while my friend enjoyed her Malbec. I realized after our lunch that I should have tried the Ruah wine, which is what put this winery on my list to visit - the server was lovely enough to give us both a taste of it.

Unfortunately I have to rate this place as a one star for poor management and customer service. My mother was a member here for years and wanted to take me to brunch. Online it says no reservations and after checking out the Mother's Day brunch event there's nothing to sign up and when she called they said just show up. We got here and there was a sign out front saying reservations only, and when we said it's on the website the hostess was rude and said no it does. I've included a screenshot from their website showing that's not the caseThen my mom asked to just be able to take her wine shipment home and they said no. The dining area wasn't empty and I did snoop at the wait list and they could have sat us.I'm just appalled that they would treat her like that on a holiday, lie about their website saying they require reservations, and then tried to keep the wine she ALREADY paid for.I highly recommend anyone considering a membership here to not do it. We were able to get the wine but the manager said she'd help my mother then walked away and never came back. There have to be better options - good luck and happy Mother's Day everyone.

Luxury and great wine. We stayed at the inn and they went out of their way to take care of us. Beautiful rooms and a surprise welcome bottle of wine! Highly recommend for ladies weekend or couples.Rooms: Beautiful and spacious. Loved the balcony and fireplace.Nearby activities: About a 45 min walk to Vintners Village.

Delightful tasting room and restaurant has a open concept space allowing for fun times and terrific tasting. And for the cocktailer, they have some delish cocktails! A definite stop when tasting!

The place is very welcoming to me. Once you open those wooden doors, you are greeted by a warm vibe. We went to try their wine flight. I'm a red kind of gal so I chose the Red Flight but they also let me try vertical tasting of my Cab between 18 and 19! I truly enjoyed my red flight. The food was also good. The service was superb. Definitely, a must try in the area.
