Don't waste your time and money at this Jack. Ordered a couple if sausage croissants, bread was burnt, sausage pattie was dried and like leather. Took them back, they exchanged for two new ones that weren't any better. Disgusting excuse for food.

Went to jack in the box to get breakfast this morning. I had ordered 2 of the meatloaves croissant combos with milk. No milk, settled for oh. Got to window and after paying got my receipt noticed she charged me for the meatloaves burrito combos. I told her this was not what I had ordered. She said it was. I Know what I order. She just argued with me. I told her I wanted to the croissants. After a couple of minutes of arguing with her I told her to just give me my money back. Don't think I'll go back. I would like to thank Daniel from the Prosser jack in the box. He called and made things right. So I will be going back. The meatlovers croissant were really good ?.

Well where do I start, 30 minutes in line drive thru to be told they don't have it ok fyi was baking in the sun. Go in reoder because I'm guessing terrible communication. Get home three little bits of bacon not strips nope bits. So got refund and went to BK for a bacon burger, because Jack in the box don't do bacon. Plus side the girl who helped me was awesome, she tried her best but, no back up from team. And no I will never go back! We are in Prosser just expecting better.

It’s obvious they don’t want you to eat in. The soda machine had no ice and the pop was flat. The food was mediocre. Will not be returning.

ordered oreo shakes and asked for spoons at the drive up order intercom. they handed over these giant straws with the shakes at the window. i reminded the person at the window we needed spoons and not straws. she said ok walked away and then came back and said “Jack in the box no longer carries spoons”. you kidding me? have you ever tried to drink a jack in the box cookie shake? to thick for a straw. i said ok well try the straws. nope. doesn’t work. had to toss the shakes in the garbage. when i emailed corporate they said the manager at this location would respond. going on 2 months now. guess what? no responce ?
