Was first in line, told they would be with me, then took The order of the customer that showed up after me in lane 2, The car behind me then backed out went to lane 2 and placed his order, and then when I spoke up, it sounded like they had an attitude and not even a sorry

Better Late than never (Better Late Then Never)

I ordered an online order, and some items were missing, I explained and the employee quickly fixed it, and apologized.....honestlly that is all that is required, apologize and make it right. I appreciate that so much, and it is a lost cause in this world. Service was decent, but at least they care and are attentive. Thank you. Food was good too!

As a truck driver, finding good food is hard
Finding a restaurant open late when all others
Are closed is very rare.
Especially if the lobby is closed.
Although the girl inside let me in after stating i was a trk driver .
Got the new promo smash bacon double cheese burger and curly fries .
Real beef ! , excellent burger.
This is quality and service like it use to be
I predict a long future for jack in the box
As their competitors keep failing.

Review for Jack in the Box – Prosser, WA

We pulled into the outside lane because our truck is too big to turn into the inside lane. Immediately upon pulling up to the board, someone came on and said, “It’ll be just a minute.” So we waited. While sitting there, two cars went through the inside lane, ordered, and left no one ever came back to take our order we finally had to pull up to the window ourselves. When we asked why we had been waiting so long, the employee at the window had a terrible attitude, practically called us liars, and said they couldn’t see us on the camera. We then asked for a manager, but instead of making things right, the manager doubled down and gave us the same excuse, even though someone had spoken to us when we first pulled up.
To top it off, when we finally got our food, they put tomatoes on the sandwich after we specifically asked for no tomatoes, and they didn’t even give us the drink we ordered. Horrible service from start to finish rude staff, no accountability, and no effort to correct their mistakes. One of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve had. This is the 4time we have been there due to their convenience however the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results! So the definition of this jack and the box is insanity! We won’t be back again!!

Well according to other reviews, don’t come here. So I did anyway, love Jacks! Well got Hot food, VERY HOT FRIES! Fresh from cooker.! Only gave a 4 because not a whole lot of seating inside this one. I was surprised!
