I’m so disappointed, looked on line to order, found a deal meal for two. Went there to the drive thru to order, and they didn’t even have that deal available. No nuggets or the flavor of sandwich. So I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, large mash potato (got small) and the 2 sandwiches were cold to the touch. And my drive home was 5 mins.

It's really Kool that KFC had a taco bell in the same building only thing my beef chalupas tasted like fried chicken. Idk??? Kinda of a Bummer. I'm thinking they must cook in the same grease or something because my beef chalupas tasted like fried chicken chaplupas

Arrived at 930p.m. on the dot. They told us we couldn't dine in at this time and only take out. But yet, they didn't close lobby until 10p.m. Extremely rude Customer service. No negotiating anything. Wouldn't even let us stay to eat in knowing we were on the road driving. No beef. No crispy chicken. Felt very rushed to order. Then they didn't include cantina sauce with meal. When asked about it they said we had to pay extra for it. But yet it was suppose to be with meal. Then magically they ran out of the sauce all of a sudden. Also, 3 piece chicken strips one of thrm tasted like rubber. If 0 was an option they would get it. Corporate owned or Franchised? Whatever it is someone needs to fix this location.

I would give a 0 but this place has really gone to crap they used to give plates and silverware when you got to go food my husband litterally just left and the plates the smartelleck manager gave was weren’t even plates idk what they are the portions weren’t right and wanted to argue about giving a medium cup of ice. I used Tod love coming here but when you spend 60 dollars and all they wanna do is rip you off it isn’t worth it.

Place was just dirty, smelt like pee. Staff was super loud and rude. Pretty unfortunate. Brought the family in for a quick bite while traveling through definitely will never go again.

All of my food was cold, not hardly warm. The fries and chicken nuggets were extremely salty. The chicken sandwich was cold ish and didn’t seem cooked and had a huge fat layer over the top of it. Very disappointing. The girl through the drive thru was at least nice.
Didn't get the items I ordered. Out of product and attention to customer's details is needed.
However, they were friendly and smiled.

Rude young girl she looked miserable, (please look for another job)! I was smiling all she did was smirk, like she was ready to fight. Asked me what sauce I wanted, I said anything thats good. No sauce in bag!
The worse KFC i have been. Service is disgusting. Stood infront of the counter to get service for about 5 to 10 but felt like hours. A girl infront me talking in the with i presume her Manager asking to count somemoney for him back and forth and she relize that i was standing for a long time ans she asked me if i have been help. I answered no, then she said i will be with just a second. Of course she continues talking in tge phone about 3 girls looking at me like i don't exist. After she was with phone call; she asked what i do want. I asked a deal they and i request it. It took them a few minutes to prepare my order and i left tge store. When i got to my room at the hotel; the chicken were bitter and cold. The oil that they fry the chicken with: either was too many times has been used or they over cooked the chicken. I could not eat more than one piece and i throw the rest, and i think something was wrong with the oil because french fries tasted bitter like the chicken.Take my advice, before leaving the store tast your chicken.
