Biscuit broke into pieces in my hand and parts of it fell to the floor. The 4 chicken tenders tasted old. Mac and cheese was small serving but tasted ok. Pepsi was good.

Iām not sure if the new expectation when eating out is to have hair in my food every time, but, sure enough, I almost finished my entire meal before discovering there was hair in my food. My chicken was extremely hard, like it had been over cooked, or had been sitting out then reheated.
People taking orders in drive thru are extremely rude as well.

Ordered to drive thru & asked if I could add to my order & that I didnāt mind parking to wait for the food. The young girl at the drive thru asked the manager āJesus could she add to her orderā he said no that I had to drive around again to order more food. Which is sooo stupid because I still had to wait like 5 mins for my receipt AT THE DRIVE THRU. I ended parking & walking inside to order. He had a totally different attitude then. But yes he was so unprofessional. The girls were very nice.

Kind and efficient employees at this KFC/Taco Bell. Most of the dining area was in the sun around dinner time. My crunchy taco shells were already broken when I opened them to eat. I know it happens, but that's usually rare when I go to a Taco Bell. Overall clean.

Had the chicken & biscuits. Biscuits were horrible! And what the heck is Honey Sauce? Not honey, thatās for sure. I would not recommend KFC as an eatery based on poor quality of their food. Sadly, Not like it use to be
This has to be the worst KFC around us. One day its out of pot pies, next time 20 min wait on food, and today out of mash potatoes and gravy(how!?) Save yourself time and disappointment and skip this place. Edit: I made a mistake and gave them a second chance this time I went with the Taco Bell side and they were out of lettuce for their hard shell tacos. Management doesn't care, the GM doesn't care either ( Notice how none of the 1 star reviews have a response) KFC/Taco bell is a corporation so they own all there stores. Only way to enact change is dont spend your money there.

So disappointed ... and to hungry and tired to drive across town to take it back š„ŗ. Not sure WHEN this chicken was actually cooked, but it was barely edible, over cooked and so dry. The cold slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy were decent and the biscuits were great.

The chicken nuggets were hot, whole chunks of chicken and lightly breaded. The spicy chicken sandwich was also lightly breaded and spiced by a mayo mixure which made it spicy and good. The historical pictures and information of Colonel Sanders and KFC were a surprisingly nice touch. There is also a Taco Bell menu here. Abi smiled and courteously took our order. I later saw her cleaning tables. She is an asset to this location. We would go here again.
