Been here 3 times in the last two weeks due to needing quick dinner while I’ve been moving. Always slow, always have to repeat myself when ordering, and 3/3 times they have forgotten something in my order. This place has really gone downhill since the early 2000’s.

Inattentive staff. If you place an order with the kiosk, they will put your food on the mobile order shelf and expect you to notice. They are the only ones that do that lol

I hardly ever go to McDonald's so I went on the app to see what they had for breakfast and saw they now offer steak in their breakfast meal. So I ordered the big breakfast with steak and hotcakes and when I walk in I see it sitting there at the mobile order spot, which I always find it funny that they don't even check when somebody grabs it. So I show them the number on my phone that matches the order number on the box. Then I proceed to walk out but I stop at the counter where there's napkins and decide to open the box. And good thing I did because I'm looking around I see no meat. Then I lift up the biscuit and a sausage is hiding underneath. Not sure exactly if it's like steak flavored sausage or steak shaped like sausage. So holding it up, I ask them. Is this steak? The cook looks up and says oh that was a mistake. Then they proceed to wrestle with me for the box and grab the box and the sausage that I've already touched and I thought they were going to toss the whole thing in the trash. So I said twice I can keep all that just give me the steak. Then I see them hand the cook my opened plastic container of food and put the steak in and hand me back the box. But they were very territorial and it makes more sense to give somebody the sausage they already touched then throw it in the trash and go into somebody stomach instead of the trash bin. But whatever. Corporate logic. The other thing was the weird attitude like they were almost mad at me for pointing it out to them. Fyi, the prefabricated piece of steak with little shaves of grilled onions on top was delicious by the way. Just the getting my order wrong and then the weird attitude prompted this review.

24 hour service but not at 3 am! Wanted coffee for our drive. Drove up to drive through menu, after a few moments they shut it off. Went to first window three employees looked at us, laughed, and didn’t bother to say anything if they were closed or not. They just chose to ignore us. Confusing, if not 24 hours, turn off your 24 hour drive thru sign from your windows.

I was trying to be nice every time I go some place and order food. Always I make sure I do communicate with them verbally and kindly. It has been a couple times I went McDonalds at processor and I let them know look guys pay attention what people are telling you before you do something. I told them many time I want my order hot and freshly made. They said yes sir we do we will and every single time my food cold like ice. I don’t know or I am exaggerating things but after long day of work finally you are getting lunch break so you can enjoy your lunch. I didn’t enjoy it at all and it has been more than 2-3 times happened. I hope McDonald’s headquarter will address that issue before giving branches.

Went to go pickup my online order. Only to discover that my families food was cold. Does this place not leave their online orders under a heat lamp?????
And the fries were disgusting! They weren’t the right texture or flavor McDonalds fries typically are, they were undercooked and extremely undersalted. They tasted like cheap generic freezer french fries from Walmart.
I pray to god the store manager and CEO see this review. Because this was a terrible experience. 0/10 Prosser 👎

the employees will be standing around talking and acting busy before they worry about attending to the customer. i come here more often than i should and this happens almost everytime. i say acting busy bc ive not only worked here but i also work in other food service, you can see them walking around looking for something to do and moving paper bags around looking at the screen letting the line of people waiting to pay build up out of pure laziness and avoiding talking to people. definitely order ahead of time if youre in a rush... also... they dont take time or effort to make your stuff right. i got a large mocha that wasnt filled all the way up.

Double cheeseburger and fries on July 30. Within 6 hours projectile vomiting and diarrhea that has gone on for 2 days now. Worst food poisoning I've had since an oyster incident 30 years ago. This meal the overwhelmingly most likely culprit.

Prosser McDonald’s is so unfriendly. No customer service, no eye contact or smile or offer of assistance. I’m not very familiar with having to order at a kiosk, and it would’ve been nice to have a kind employee help me. But no, just nothing. Employees walking right by and they couldn’t care less.
Charged me twice and canceled my order twice. What has happened to McDonald's lately. Stay away from any McDonald's in the Yakima valley they are all run by incompetent fools.
