I go to this location maybe about a couple times every 4-6 months, but somehow the staff remembers me. They're all friendly, this morning I was helped by Bailee and she acknowledged me by my first name. Her small warm gesture made my day.
Starbucks has been inconsistent with my drink for a long time (by people not following the instructions), but this Starbucks made my drink perfectly and quickly, so I'll happily return the favor by leaving a 5 Star rating.
It's Starbucks. I've been coming in here for years, simply because it's across the street from the exit 80 rest area.
