Unbiased: this is the best food in Prosser and it’s not even close. It’s expensive for a reason. Because everything is bomb. And they have pitchers of actual good beer, not just coors lite. 1000/10 recommend this place.
Just had dinner at Whitstran. I had the Scallops and my husband had the 7oz New York steak. Both meals came out quickly and were completely perfect. We finished it off with cheesecake topped with cherry glaze. We would highly recommend it!

Stopping for wine and a brisket sandwich, make sure you order your fries crispy, if not they will come out oily and soft.
We ordered around 7 items and only could recommend 2 of them.
Its an honest attempt for a good steak house and grill, but we would only return for a sandwich and a couple glasses of wine.
