The Arby’s in Pullman, Washington, consistently delights with delicious food and excellent service. Putting mozzarella sticks on your roast beef with the 2 for 6 deal SLAPS! I always leave satisfied and am sure to ring that bell! My only gripe is that they need to turn the AC up in the summer—it gets a bit too warm inside.

I’ve been to Arby’s hundreds of times over the years. Sunday evening, I stopped at the Pullman Arby’s when driving through the area. I ordered a french dip meal, two classic roast beef sandwiches and an additional drink. When ordering, I was told I had a choice of fries. As I was deciding, the cashier said I could substitute mozzerela sticks for the fries. I was surprised. She then asked if I wanted the 4 or 6 piece. I asked her which option was available as the substitution. She said either one. I quickly agreed to the 6 piece. When I drove to the window to pay, the price was quite a bit more than my mental math told me so I asked her to explain how she arrived at the final price. Turned out my french dip meal was $3:00 more than advertised because the mozzarella sticks were $3.00 more. I told her that substitions are just that, substitutions. I told her that when there is an additional charge for a substitution, it’s usually discussed up front. She quickly informed me thats not how we do it here. I nearly drove off, but I calmly told her to give me the fries instead. I paid $21.96 with a debit card and left. Food was good as always.. However, worker at window was very rude.
UPDATE: issue was reported over a month ago to the link supplied. For the astronomical price of a roast beef sandwich, that used to be $1.00, you’d think someone would be available to respond to a minor issue I had at the store. Apparently not. On our subsequent biweekly trips through the area, we’ve now avoided the place several times and opted for zips and Colfax.

Always clean always filling and more importantly always friendly! Service with a smile regardless of location and time of day. Thier competition can't do that!

Amazing food and I enjoy it more than the mcd nearby. Only complaint is that they take longer to make it but it's worth it.

They were hard at work and still had the energy to give me the best fast food experience ever, my meal sure was the best too. Just had to do a gentle yet considerate single chim of their bell, it even let me know on a sign below the bell "ring this bell if you like the service you got" honestly it was the best. so when i rang the bell the employee thanked me for ringing their bell, would definitely have others know to go to this fast food Arby's. I absolutely liked the bell it had class, and the thank you was pleasantly unexpected. Please show this Arby's your appreciation if you agree with me. #Arbystheyhavethemeats

The folks working this Arby's are Rockstars. Quick service, good food, and when my kids throw extra requests at the window, they get it done with no complaints.
Great customer service! My go-to after a long day at work when I don't have time to dine-in anywhere. The deals are great, too. Didn't get my server's name, didn't see a name tag and I was too socially anxious to ask. Splendid guy with a mickey mouse tat, great sense of humor.

The cashier was very friendly, greeted us when we entered and he brought our food to our table. While we were eating, my husband heard the woman making fun of my husband's name. After we got home I called the Pullman Arby's and learned this person was Stephanie and was the manager. I told her she was very unprofessional. She apologized and said she'd write herself up, which I did not believe. I said I would write a review on her because she was completely unprofessional. A manager should be a role model that has integrity and model professional behavior. Historically, I've experienced other staff that have great positive energy and provide excellent customer service skills from this chain location, however, they usually do not last. Stephanie needs to take or retake customer service skills.
