Restaurants in Pullman are crazy expensive, but Birch and Barley takes it to the Nth degree. It’s insanely expensive for mediocre and small portions. Maybe try staying open more and offering less expensive dishes. I’ll pay more for good food and small portions, but the food just isn’t good enough to warrant outrageous prices.
