I got a cheeseburger and fries, the burger was pretty good as far as fast food goes but the fries are a different story. They changed management so the fries aren't the same fries and the fries were too salty, too greasy, and burnt. It makes me wonder if they are trying to make the fries like before but with a different version and then trying to cover the weird taste with salt and extra oil. I am guessing they are still getting the hang of things as far as the fries so I will give them that, especially having worked in various food places.

The food is actually delicious but it's under new management and everything is so unreasonable expensive đŸ˜« a small order of onion rings is about $3 and they gave me 3 onion rings. that's a dollar a ring I would love to eat here but it's just to expensive

I used to order from here a bunch but not anymore. Seems there is a new owner that came in and changed everything as the old menu items are no longer available. The new burgers are basic as well as bland, and the new fries they are using are terrible. The old crinkle cut fries were great.

Back in the day when I was there this was the hot spot on the weekends , I remember the super fast friendly service always with a smile and I would highly recommend this place to anyone else traveling through the area..

Had a great lunch on the way through town. Super clean, a variety of options on the menu and kids and adults all enjoyed the meal. Chicken sandwich was soooo good. The whole family agreed the crunchy pickles were the best!

We where very disappointed after seeing such great reviews. We ordered 4 different meals through the drive thru. Service at window was rough. We where shorted three fries which we didn't notice until we returned back to our motel. Burgers we got where tasty, a few of the sodas seemed very watered down.

This place used to be my absolute favorite burger joint when living in Pullman - 30 years ago. The place was legendary. The Cougar Special Basket was a huge heavy beef burger with ham and a pile of crinkle cut fries. Some new owner came in and screwed it all up. Don't bother returning to relive your Pullman burger memories. It's not the same. Not even close. The fries were absolute crap. Do not order them. Burgers are without special sauce, small, bland, and you pay extra for pickles. So sad.

We’ve been waiting in the drive through for over 40 minutes. We’ve already paid and can’t even get the attention of any workers. My wife and I are infuriated to say the least. Never coming back.

Forever this was a 5 star place. New ownership made changes and the menu isn't what it used to be, including some all-time faves disappearing (Super Basket no more 😱). Food was tasty, but the lost nostalgia factors in. Also having their deep fryer broken on WSU Move In Weekend was very disappointing.

BEWARE! New owners made it CHEAP! Tiny burgers, cold fries, generic “fry sauce”. 40 years of tradition down the drain

The food is not particularly good, to be honest. But the vintage atmosphere and friendly service make a decent lunch spot if you are craving some classic American offerings.

EDIT: Reached out to the email in the owner's reply and did not receive a response. Onion rings I received in my second trip were undercooked. Disappointing. Only thing saving this business are the staff, who are providing good customer service.

Good onion rings and CB burger. Portions are very small for the small onion rings, I got about 3.

A restaurant that sells milkshakes should sell fries suitable for dipping into those shakes. Please bring back the thick crinkle cut fries.

Please bring back the old recipes
