The speakers to order at the drive thru does not work and has not worked well for a long time and you have to yell to order. We were told they had no fench fries so we had to pay for the upgrades on onionrings or cheese curds and they also had no icecream so we had to get cards for that part of the meal.
Then we waited for a long time for our order to come out, it was Luke warm at best.
And the napkins were dirty, the guy who packed our order had something on his hands and when he put them in the bag it got on the napkin. Very gross!!!! I Don't plan on EVER EATING THERE AGAIN!!!!!

This dairy queen has the worst customer service I have ever seen in a restraunt. The staff is incredibly rude for no reason and have absolutely no sense of urgency. Hopefully a new manager will take over and help. When there is no one inside dining or in the drive through it still takes 15-30 minutes to get two blizzards.

This Dairy Queen on grand is not the same management is mean and rude and they take forever on your order and they don’t do anything to fix it. I guess it’s under new management. I have never been so unsatisfied. The manager on the phone unprofessional while talking I hear her yelling at the staff. Probably won’t return.
The employees working Thursday night (the 16th) around 8pm, were some of the slowest, most unbothered fast food service I've ever encountered. It took over half an hour for a single doordash order to be prepared, and some other doordash drivers were waiting in the lobby for pickup orders even longer than I had to. They were all moving at a snail's pace, messed up multiple other orders, and provided just poor service overall. This dairy queen location has a reputation for terrible and painfully slow service for a reason.

I got to the restaurant at 8:50 PM and ordered at the table I sat at. Multiple large groups came in, ate, and left before we got any part of our order. It was busy and I wasn't in a rush so I didn't check in for a while. At 9:50 I checked in and they hadn't started the order yet but put it together in about 10 minutes. We got our food and left after an hour of being seated.
The food tasted on par but they forget an additional sauce we paid for and they skimped on items

What a joke. 10:45 pm. Waited in line for 30 min. Had to leave. Orders weren’t being taken. What a joke. Don’t go here. Fire everyone who was “working” 9/25 11 pm. You lost business

Waiting 30 minutes in line for food is ridiculous. Especially when there are 4 cars ahead of you. And then somehow your own food is not ready when you get to the window. I dont know how you can expect to stay in business like this.

Takes 45 minutes to get a blizzard
Took 25 minutes to get my food in the lobby, could see it just sitting there getting cold. When I got up stood by the counter they go oh sorry didn't know it was ready, but it was cold and they had no care, no one else was in line either
