DO NOT DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION! Over half of my 10+ orders from this location have been completely wrong, down to the size and flavor of each blizzard I ordered. Getting the right product is literally the core of a fast food restaurant, if you can’t do that then why stay open?

I was in the store for AN HOUR waiting for a DoorDash that consisted of a small blizzard and a small fry. They were serving dine in orders that got there AFTER me when they should be going in order by when they get the ticket and the two main girls working one named Avery were arguing the whole time! Completely unacceptable do better!

I give it what I give it because the food was hot, a the lady was nice, but the crazy amount of flies in this place is just 🤯 wow!!! We were going to eat inside, but the flies on just about every surface did not make this appealing. I literally don’t even want ice cream from here as I’m sure that with the amount of flies some people has eaten them, just gross. I’m sure that’s like a health code violation.

Came through here today around 4pm. Saw a total of 3 people working, while one was busting his butt running the drive through (taking orders, operating register and preparing orders) the other two did nothing. A 15 minute wait to watch the other two complain about the job, then the young guy with a mustache took a ball of frozen cookie dough and threw it at the wall to see if it shattered. Thanks to the one guy who was actually working.

What a joke of a response from the team. Great way to show you care is by not allowing an automated bot respond to complaints and bad reviews.

Restaurant forgets about customer orders and prioritizes the most recent orders rather than the oldest ones, leaving them to be forgotten for dozens of minutes at a time. The organization present in this establishment is absolutely baffling, as every employee seems to not fully understand their role in the workplace and simultaneously questioning every order and decision.

I had stopped coming to this location while it was under the old owners due to extremely slow service. I decided to give the new owners a try. The service is even worse than before. Several times I have sat in their drive thru at the order box and have waited for over 20 minutes for my order to be taken only to find one car ahead of me. I went in today and sat there for over 20 minutes to get to the window after ordering only to be told they already broke a $100 bill that day and can not do it again as they had no change. What kind of an establishment opens for business and does not make sure they have enough change to get through their lunch rush. Either that is extremely poor planning on the owners behalf or the managers. I will never come back. I also urge others that if you are on a timed lunch break do not come here as you will waste your lunch just sitting waiting for service.

Sat in line for 20 minutes only to get turned away. All I hade was a $100 bill and $8 in ones. By the time we left and got to McDonald’s or Arby’s the lines were so long the wife and I would not have been able to get back to work on time so we just went back to work. No lunch for us today. Thanks
