Takes 45 minutes to get a blizzard
Took 25 minutes to get my food in the lobby, could see it just sitting there getting cold. When I got up stood by the counter they go oh sorry didn't know it was ready, but it was cold and they had no care, no one else was in line either

8/7/25 the staff so unprofessional.. a kid had grabbed my phone to scan the rewards and a staff member called him an idiot. Lots of profanity talking to each other.. talking about heroion. When checking my food didn’t wear gloves .. was well over 15 minutes in drive through with a short line. For our order wrong.

Went through the drive through and it was 31 minutes from putting in my order to receiving my food. There were three vehicles in front of me and the line didn't move for nearly 20 minutes. Ten more to actually get my order and it wasn't even right. My chicken sandwich looked and tasted kinda gross. The window person seemed not to be bothered at All by the slow moving line and was a little snotty. There's obviously some poor management at this location. Whether it's not wanting to hire enough staff to actually cover the store or just poor training and morale in general, it's not good.

Recently went in to grab a Blizzard. I was having a terrible day and just wanted something to help improve it. It's already $7 for a medium, which is ridiculous for something comprised of primarily ice cream. But then the employee gives me this Blizzard with a massive lump of ice cream overflowing off the top. It looked like a large blizzard serving in a medium cup. I'm all for getting extra for free, but this is absolutely ridiculous. And of course, I walk outside with it in the 90 degree sun and it melts apart in my hands before I can even reach my car. I'm not sure what kind of service is going on here, but I've never had issues like this at any other Dairy Queen I've been to. I won't be going back.

I'm going to say this once, and someone better listen. Stop cross-contaminating peanut products in ice cream dishes that don't have peanut in them (for example: cotton candy blizzard). My stepdaughter is allergic to peanuts, and your store causes allergic reactions by not properly washing dishes and keeping peanut related items separate. I've sent a message to Troy Bader, the DQ CEO, about your location doing this. Keep it up, and you're going to kill someone. If that happens, major lawsuits will be filed, you'll all be fired, and your store will be shut down.

I went there last night to the pullman DQ for a peanut buster parfait. It was so delicious I've been getting this for 45 years and still just as good. Jen I think her name is was so helpful and the staff was very nice and quick.

Going through the drive thru, I was asked to wait for my order to be taken. I'm fine with waiting, but when the wait is over 5 minutes with only 2 other cars in front of me, that seems a bit much. Not the first time this has happened. I know that once an order is placed, they have x amount of time to get it out, but waiting that long should be added to the time so corporate can see the true numbers.

It’s always so slow to the point you can tell they just need more employees. It would be more efficient bringing in more money but they don’t want to pay people. Shameful that I’m waiting 45 minutes for fast food because they can’t hire enough people. I work at McDonald’s and I know that’s atleast part of the problem.

DO NOT DOORDASH FROM THIS LOCATION! Over half of my 10+ orders from this location have been completely wrong, down to the size and flavor of each blizzard I ordered. Getting the right product is literally the core of a fast food restaurant, if you can’t do that then why stay open?
