This years been a rough one, and dominos is the only thing getting me through. Not to be dramatic. But really. I usually get pick up in the evenings after work, the night managers are the friendliest people to exist in a pizza place. Never disappointed. Pizzas are always perfect. Today was especially rough, thank you so much, especially the manager that was on tonight.

We bought dominos the other night using their website, and scheduled an order for carry out. When I made the purchase online, I used my PayPal account to pay. When I arrived at the store, they informed me that I still owed $39 and change for my order. At the time, I assumed this meant that my PayPal transaction didn't go thru for some reason (and was assured that this was the case by the employee at the store). Now here we are, 2 days out from this purchase, and my $40 PayPal transaction has cleared and the $39 and change charged to my US Bank account has caused me to overdraft, since it is hooked to PayPal as a back up payment method. Thereby causing me to not account for the extra $40 that I was assured hadn't gone thru, which is why I was asked to pay in store... PayPal needs 5 days to research the transactions in order to make any kind of refund and in the meantime, my wife and I are overdraft on our bank account with no real recourse as far as US Bank is concerned. This is an EXTREMELY aggravating situation and should not have ever come to pass in the first place.

When I got my food it was cold dry and stale and my 8 piece boneless wings were over cooked and dry and cold. Not even my 2 yr old would eat the food

So had the person taking my order walk up like I pissed in her cheerios, then when making the hand off ripped the receipt out of my hand while glaring. It's not my fault you hate your job, grow up. 6pm today piercings brn hair.

I'm really tired of the places in Pullman. The first time you guys gave me a mostly uncooked pizza that apparently cooked in under 10 minutes. I go here today and you guys drop half of my parmesan bites on the floor because you guys walked away from the oven. While food was in it, then you expected me to wait. Well, my pizza and the other half of my parmesan bites got cold. Because you guys don't know how to do your job if you were expecting to get anything but subpar. Uncooked pizza, then this is the place for you. If you actually want cooked pizza, that doesn't make you sick and where the staff actually knows what they're doing. There are 3 or 4 other pizza places in Pullman that have better service. And better staff do not go here unless you want food poisoning or an attitude from the workers

I ended up, as usual, late on the hour, no on driving, kinda flat tires, so up the hill I walked, to pick up my order, no sooner than a 1/4 past the noon hour, my pizza and munchies sat packed in my cube stroller, carrying a snack for my workers by the hour, at my fine apt complex,-- Pimlico~~ go Coug's!!!

Possibly one of the best dominos pan pizzas I've had from any dominos I've been to. I like to consider myself a dominos connoisseur
