They do not give samples on Friday, they do other days of the week. But that is not communicated anywhere and made getting ice cream difficult.
A must stop when visiting WSU. Many ice-cream flavors to choose from, with a coffee bar… They also offer the colleges cheeses and honey.
The Apple Crisp ice cream will be what I miss most about Pullman

Ice cream is very flavorful and rich.
This is a good place for cheese and ice-cream. Its all made on the campus and its really really good. I discovered today that they also serve espresso, and with their own milk. Just you good. During the holidays they also have a sampler box of cheese which is much on demand.
Icecream is wonderful. Also don't forget to pick up your cougar gold cheese
