Waited till 9 (the hour that both Google and the wsu website says they open) and then waited a few extra minutes thinking maybe they were running behind. At 9:10 the guy behind the counter told me they won’t open till “around 10:30”. Please update the hours online or have them displayed somewhere easy to see.

I ordered the strawberry Kale salad earlier today and removed the cheese and asked to replace the chicken that usually came with it with the meatless version as I'm vegan and have been for many years now. The girl handling my order verified that she had received my modification requests and went on her way to make it. I stood a little ways from the front counter when she whispered something jokingly to the gal manning the cash register about meatless chicken. When my order was called she verified, once more, than the salad had no cheese and had the meatless protein option for me to best suit my dietary needs and preferences. After finding a place to sit down across campus (I had a class soon and needed to stay close) I took my first bite only to realize that the salad contained real chicken. Luckily, I spit it out upon realiztion, but have felt very mixed and disgusted about the situation ever since. I feel not only that im unable to return to this establishment, but that im eliminating one of the very few options I could turn to that could accommodate for my dietary needs. Please make this right for future customers, especially for those who have dietary restrictions and allergies.

Get the power protein burrito with no egg toasted, I've gotten it over 190 times and it's so good every time. Also love the manager

I always came here last semester because they had good coffee. Now you can't even get any because the coffee stand is closed more than it's open

My smoothie took over an hour to be made. About 20mins in I could see my cup sitting off to the side with another girls that had been waiting about 30mins at that point. So I went up and asked the guy who looked to be in charge or at least training about the time and about where they were sitting. He just told me that peanut butter things take longer and that it should be coming up. The other persons came up a little after that and then mine didn’t come up till I got sick of waiting and ask another girl about 30mins later that it had been basically an hour wait. She asked my name and checked the cups and mine was missing. So she took my order again and then made sure it was the next one up. The first guy I talked to seemed to be only be making them for males or people he knew. They took my order at 2:45 and I didn’t get my one smoothie until 3:50. Probably won’t come back. There was no reason for it to take this long.

Always great food. Get the Mexican Rice Bowl and ask for sauces on the side and make sure to shake it up! Also the Chicken Pesto Wrap is crazy good! ?

Beautiful building, striking architecture. Dome with entrances to the library makes it very inviting.

The RedBox is gone this year. Sigh.
