Ordered pickup last weekend. When we got there, the woman at the front seemed surprised about us being there for pickup. After 5 minutes of waiting she eventually informs us that the printer wasn't working and she needed to look up our order online, but otherwise does not communicate to us.
We originally ordered two each of chocolate chip and double chocolate, and one each of sugar, cookies and cream, and macadamia nut. She informs us they are out of cookies and cream and macadamia nut. No biggie, we ask those to be replaced with two sugar cookies. She gave us the box, and we are off.
Upon getting home, we were given x5 sugar cookies, and one each of chocolate chip and double chocolate. All of them were not warm, and the sugar cookies were not fully baked.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Between the weird service and communication, the wrong order even after substitutions, and the quality, I'm hesitant to go back. If you do go here, PLEASE check your order before you leave.

This place is like if your worst ex worked at a cookie shop. Aggressive, petty, and completely miserable. Imagine paying for cookies and getting harassment instead. Yeah… pass. 🚫
Moral of the story: Don’t let the cookie cravings fool you. Pullman Insomnia Cookies is hostile, unprofessional, and will make you question humanity itself. 🍪❌

OK. We stopped because we were excited for cookies. The girl was Very personable. Fun to chat with. The cookies are frozen, so expect to wait the time. That's pretty much the gist of it. Sadly, our cookies needed baked longer. I really wanted them, had a 2 hour drive, and 30 minutes into our drive away, we opened the box to raw partial baked cookies... sad. Upon arrival at home, baked them for another 20 minutes to get them baked. They are good when baked correctly. CHECK THE BOX BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Everyone who works there is super chill. Insomnia is usually my reward at the end of the night for doing my best on an exam or finishing a big assignment on time. It definitely gives me the motivation to do my best because I know I'll get to talk to someone friendly and then enjoy two scoops of ice cream on a warm cookie. 10/10 I love it there
Cookies have been wrong every single time, and aren’t worth anywhere near the price. Three separate deliveries have just never occurred, and I have yet to hear back for a refund. Insane that the service and food is so horrible for the price. Do not spend money here.
