Everyone who works there is super chill. Insomnia is usually my reward at the end of the night for doing my best on an exam or finishing a big assignment on time. It definitely gives me the motivation to do my best because I know I'll get to talk to someone friendly and then enjoy two scoops of ice cream on a warm cookie. 10/10 I love it there
Cookies have been wrong every single time, and aren’t worth anywhere near the price. Three separate deliveries have just never occurred, and I have yet to hear back for a refund. Insane that the service and food is so horrible for the price. Do not spend money here.

Past 4 times I’ve ordered from here they have taken 45 min+ up too 1 1/2 hour, they have screwed up the order 3 times and when you try too call they don’t answer the cookies are good but it irritating tipping ahead of time and getting such bad service

My friend and I went in to insomnia cookies at 11:45 PM and I didn’t realize that they close at midnight during the summer because the students are gone. They said that they were closing early that day because they didn’t have enough business but they still gave me my friend two free sample cookies, super great service. Love you guys.

These cookies changed my life! Not only are they delicious but the service was great. The employees are knowledgeable and patient. The peanut buttercup cookies are THE MOST delicious cookies!!! The mint chocolate ones are devine, and my husband said the chocolate chip cookies are the best he's ever had.I will be getting more some way, some how!

The last two times I ordered my order was delivered incorrectly. In my last order I received the completely wrong cookies and tonight I ordered cookies and ice cream. They completely forgot the ice cream and I received a wrong cookie. 0/10 do not recommend, which makes me sad because they have been my favorite place to order from.
This place is constantly hiring, However, they don’t even have a hiring manager. They never call back and it’s impossible to get in contact with the hiring manager because even the Customer Service doesn’t know how to get In contact with him. Food is OK, customer Service is

The cookies are good, but when delivering them they often just leave them at the door in the cold Pullman weather without so much as knocking or any kind of delivery confirmation. Service in person isn't any better, I stood at the counter for minutes while employees baked cookies and served mobile orders without so much as acknowledging me.

We were asked to wait while they baked a new batch and we were happy too! it took 30 min to get our cookies!! in the meantime they served our same selection of cookies to 20 college students who came in after us for their free cookie on Halloween. bad business practice!!!
