This place is constantly hiring, However, they don’t even have a hiring manager. They never call back and it’s impossible to get in contact with the hiring manager because even the Customer Service doesn’t know how to get In contact with him. Food is OK, customer Service is

The staff was nice. Went out of his way to make us fresh batch.

The cookies are good, but when delivering them they often just leave them at the door in the cold Pullman weather without so much as knocking or any kind of delivery confirmation. Service in person isn't any better, I stood at the counter for minutes while employees baked cookies and served mobile orders without so much as acknowledging me.

Best cookies I've ever tasted, 10/10 brownies

Had Insomnia Cookies for the first time ever at a WSU event. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were the best I've ever had! I'm allergic to chocolate but my husband said the chocolate chocolate chip were amazing. It may not be the healthiest discovery of the year but these cookies are AMAZING!

Wonderful cookies and ice cream, but pretty pricey for what you get.

Even though they were short on staff, they were really nice and chatty. Guy working the register gave me some extra ice cream. Definitely would go back.

I work at a school where we received a delivery from a gentleman in full SWAT gear. This is not appropriate dress for people making food deliveries in general, but specifically to schools.

I'm sorry I don't recall the name of the young woman who took my order by phone this afternoon but she was super polite and helpful. Then someone delivered some ice cream and cookies to our daughter who lives near WSU - and right on time.

Fire cookies, Good icing. Open late. Easy middle of the night snack. I would go here again.

What keeps me up at night? Wondering just how the employees at Insomnia Cookies in Pullman cram so much goodness into their sugary fare. We had the 'Wich -- your choice of two scoops of ice cream between two cookies. We had a chunky toffee-flavored Coffee Ice Cream between soft and warm Chocolate Chunk Cookies. They're open until 3:00am so whenever you do find yourself trying to count sheep, head over to one of their locations and snag some nice warm cookies instead - the sweetest sleep you never had!

A bit pricey but still delicious and my cookies were baking when I walked in to pick up my order. Still warm when I made it home. The cookie butter and cream cheese icing are also quite tasty. The little mini chocolate chips cookies with the dipping icing is something I will most definitely go back for. And the root beer float cookie sandwich yeah it tastes like a root beer float without the fizz just like they say on the website. If you haven't tried these cookies I recommend splurging and giving them a go. The left over cookies are still soft and yummy 2 days later

Ordered cookies/brownie to be sent to my daughter at work for her birthday on the 4th of July across the country. The brownie didn’t show up which was the whole point. I called and they said they’d refund the $ for the brownie. They never have and now they can’t find my name in the system. Their customer service voicemail is continually full
