I recommend going on weekend. Experienced both good and bad. Went when it wasn't very busy and our food was literally microwaved the burrito was cold, cheese not melted. Tasted like leftovers.
So much fun, very nice staff and great food. A great place to watch away Coug games. A must for Pullman. Molly is wonderful�

Island Grill, located in an old lumber yard, offers a variety of food truck style options. The Chicken Katsu is decent, not oily, slightly crispy, and generously sauced. The pulled pork rice bowl is delicious, with flavorful sauce and tender pork. The grilled teriyaki chicken is a must-try, despite smaller rice portions. The orange chicken, while not traditional, is still well-prepared. Customers have enjoyed the Beef Shortribs, or the Korean style ribs, which were pretty good. The Ribs and chicken were grilled just right with a bit of char, and the Mac was recommended by a local and went perfectly with the rice. The staff are always kind and the environment is welcoming, making Island Grill a popular choice for many customers.
