Rice was old, felt hard in the middle. The meat was okay but I couldn't finish it because of the aforementioned rice. Also has too much black sesame seed sprinkled into it which made taste overwhelmingly sesame.

The food is delicious! I've had several items on the menu but my favorite is the Katsu Chicken. Chefs kiss. The staff are always kind and the environment always welcoming!

Not much has changed with this old lumber yard. Still the big quanzet hut with a few food truck style options. There were maybe six people in the place and getting food still took 20-30 minutes. The Chicken Katsu was decent, not overly greasy, slightly crispy, and with a good amount of sauce (not overpowering). If this place were more comfortable with more options it could be great. Don't know why they don't just do food trucks instead of the conex containers.

Not poisoned, but not great. Ordered, and then proceeded to watch staff chat with each other and watch videos on a cell phone for 15 minutes before any food prep began. I'd be more understanding if they were busy, but that was definitely not the case. Chicken katsu was good, but the rice (short grain, sushi type) has sugar added to it. The sweetness of the rice plus the sweet and salty katsu sauce were unpleasant. As for the potato salad, it was ok, but the discernable scabby, dried top visible in my "scoop" was disgusting (it literally clung together like a mayonnaisy scab).

The pulled pork rice bowl is absolutely delicious! The sauce tastes amazing, rice is perfectly cooked and the pork easily comes apart for a 'melt in your mouth' type of dish. The only thing I dislike is that the portion of pork compared to the rice is not always a satisfying amount, but I'm definitely a returning customer!

The grilled teriyaki chicken was really good, I will definitely order that again. They don't give you very much rice compared to other establishments, though. And the orange chicken isn't really like normal orange chicken and not particularly flavorful, but still well cooked.
Waited 30 minutes for food on a Sunday night and the cook forgot half of the order. The Chicken Katsu was below average, and the Chow Mein did not have flavor. Would not order from here again.

I recommend going on weekend. Experienced both good and bad. Went when it wasn't very busy and our food was literally microwaved the burrito was cold, cheese not melted. Tasted like leftovers.
