Getting hangry. I placed an order through the app, and even added a generous 25% tip, which I normally cannot afford to do. It has been almost 2 hours, and my sandwich is not here yet. I've called the local store 23 times over the last hour, and no one has picked up. The message box is full, so I can't leave a voicemail. And the app says that my order has been received, but says nothing about the sandwich being made or ready for delivery. No one has reached out to me about cancelling or delaying my order, and I'm starting to get really irritable. I would go down and check on the order myself, but I am disabled and can't easily leave the house. And this isn't the first time there have been major delays on a delivery from this location. This is getting ridiculous.

Got my order wrong, not once, but twice. And it was not complicated. A sandwich with no mayo and no tomato. First one was delivered with no meat, cheese or avocado. Doubled checked the receipt, and the order was correct, just put together incorrectly. They did send a new sandwich after I called to tell them what happened. Unfortunately the next sandwich had everything, including mayo and tomato. So I did not enjoy my lunch either time. Please double check orders, especially on a redo.

I'd like to start by saying the management has gone down hill drastically. IS IT THAT HARD TO TELL PEOPLE TO MAKE A SANDWICH. Management is poor, Service is just as nice and the atmosphere will make your throat close up. But no let's not complain atleast it's a a job right. WRONG job and slave work are two different things(I'm black it's fine and kinda funny).just be better that's literally it 🤷🏾

Really fast sandwich shop. Most of the time it takes them about a minute after you order to put your food out. Friendly, trendy and cheap(ish). It's not the best place to dine in - it would probably feel a little awkward. But we take the food out and it's nice.

I ordered a sandwich which not only took nearly two hours to be delivered, i received it as a soggy mess, and wasn’t even close what I ordered, it was a completely different sandwich then the one I ordered and what was on the receipt. It contained ingredients I am allergic too so I couldn’t even try to make the best of the mistake.

I go to Jimmy John’s hungover on a Saturday and order a jalapeño chicken ranch wrap and was so excited to eat it and when I receive the sandwich I notice it’s unusually flat and long. When I get home to eat this wrap I realize that they did not put CHICKEN in my jalapeño chicken wrap and I was pissed, don’t go here they will steal your money.
Dante was super helpful. My sandwich was missing some things and he didn't even hesitate to make another and send it to me. He was a pleasure to interact with. Thank you for making this right! I differently will be ordering again!

I’m only giving this 2 stars because the sandwich was good. But this was NOT FREAKY FAST took 57 minutes to get my not freaky fast food. My coworker ordered dairy Queen and got it within 13 minutes. I had to sit there on my 30 minute break and watch her eat her food while I waited for mine. Super disappointed.

I ordered a turkey Tom , mind you I’m sick so I haven’t even ate anything all day, then it comes and I’m so very excited. Well when I open it up , my sandwich looks flat , a little deflated. I’m confused so I open it up and inspect it. Well turns out, they didn’t put TURKEY on my turkey Tom … are you kidding this is why subway is better

I asked for napkins and didn't get them and the delivery driver needed to call me to find my place and he went by me twice. The sub was disappointimg it was skimpy on the ingredients. Not overall happy with this experience in general I won't order again.
