I’m only giving this 2 stars because the sandwich was good. But this was NOT FREAKY FAST took 57 minutes to get my not freaky fast food. My coworker ordered dairy Queen and got it within 13 minutes. I had to sit there on my 30 minute break and watch her eat her food while I waited for mine. Super disappointed.

I ordered a turkey Tom , mind you I’m sick so I haven’t even ate anything all day, then it comes and I’m so very excited. Well when I open it up , my sandwich looks flat , a little deflated. I’m confused so I open it up and inspect it. Well turns out, they didn’t put TURKEY on my turkey Tom … are you kidding this is why subway is better

I asked for napkins and didn't get them and the delivery driver needed to call me to find my place and he went by me twice. The sub was disappointimg it was skimpy on the ingredients. Not overall happy with this experience in general I won't order again.

Terrible experience for both times we gave them a chance. If you want to play a 3 hour waiting game to see if they decide to make your food then this is the place for you. Apparently making a sandwich is so difficult that they can't make it past the preparations after an hour. Never order from this location if you value your time and money.

My order was somehow misplaced but the young lady I spoke with on the phone was SO nice and apologetic about the situation and my new order was delivered in under 15 minutes. She included a cookie and brownie as an “apology” which was incredibly sweet. I’m very pleased with the customer service!

I have had issues with delivery of my food multiple times. This time, the delivery driver took over an hour and a half to deliver my food; delivering my order to my neighbors house three doors down (Probably how the infamous Kryptonite band got it's name). My neighbor thought it was their food, opened it and then realized it wasn't their's and then brought it over to me, half smashed. I called and spoke to a manager, Tyler, who said he would void out the transaction. But I still got charged and didn't get to eat my food because it was touched by my neighbor.

I am a delivery driver and constantly get good paying orders that get sent out via their own delivery driver and don't update the system.ao I waste my time showing up to find out it was already sent out.staff is also rude most of the time.

This time in retaliation everything was done wrong and I didn’t get anything I ordered. I think this is terrible service which resulted in me wasting money.

I am a big Jimmy John’s fan. Every time I have gone into the store it has been super successful. You can tell the employees love each other and take their job seriously. I came in once and it was pretty dead. The employees were having lunch together and laughing. When I came in, they noticed me, immediately hopped up and started doing their job and got my sandwich done before I was done filling my drink! Lol! Best service ever.
However, I would recommend that management decides to stop offering DoorDash. Everytime I have doordashed from Jimmy John’s, there has been a problem. Whether that be the driver just never shows up, they’re 1-2 hrs late than the expected delivery, by the time they get here the sandwich is soggy, or they just happen to run out of ingredients. I have gotten a total of 4 refunds from them while on DoorDash because of problem.
Ordered a Club LuLu sandwich today, added cheese, pickles and cucumbers and it was a major disappointment. This is supposed to be a "favorite" meaning double protein and we got Slims, neither one of our sandwiches had the lettuce we ordered. A waste of nearly 40$.

Went in for a sandwich & they sent me away telling me that the loaves of bread that were there (a whole rack) were for another order. This is the 4th time I have been turned off from the Pullman Washington Jimmy Johns - By far the worst that I have visited. Another previous visit, they forgot my meat in the sandwich, another visit they had some horrible music blasting on the radio, another visit - stale damn bread. If you are a fan of jimmy johns, it's because of the bread & service - The Pullman Washington location is a disgrace to Jimmy Johns - never have i ever seen such a joke of a sandwich shop. I know that this isn't all of the Jimmy Johns & is an isolated location FK up. Pullman Jimmy John's - you suck!

Orders are incorrect more often than not. When you call to ask where missing items are they don’t pick up the phone and their voicemail box is full. On the off chance you do get through the employees don’t seem to care or will argue about their mistake before conceding and twice now they never did bring us the missing items. I believe n giving people a chance but this is too frequent to be considered honest human error anymore, it’s a system that lacks basic competency. And forget about getting back a delivery tip that you have to pay in advance. Never again.
