What can I tell you about this place, a lot first off the manager is a joke, dosent wash his hands after smoking. Doesn't require his employees to wear gloves even though they're working with food and OSHA guidelines are not being followed. The food is subpar.

For the love of all that is holy… calm down on the sauce!! I don’t know if it is this location, or if it is a corporate standard, but these pizza’s come with waaaay too much sauce every time!!! Ease up! Even when I order light sauce ya go ahead and let it bleed through anyway!

Tonight I accidentally ordered my pizza for the next day and I didn't know how to cancel my order. I called the store and a very polite guy answered and assured me he would figure it out and also make the pizza for me right away. We headed to Pullman from Moscow and arrived at the store at about 8:03PM, right as they started turning off the lights. I quickly checked what time they closed and I saw they were closing at 8PM tonight. I decided to call again and the same guy answered, he was so considerate of us and told us he had our food waiting inside and that we were welcome to come in, after they had closed. When we went inside he was very quick to hand us our food and he apologized for the mix up. I wish we would've gotten his name because that guy deserves a raise!! Phenomenal customer service at this location, they went above and beyond for me tonight. :)

They don't wear gloves! Why aren't they wearing gloves when they are in food service?? ESPECIALLY DURING COVID-19! GLOVES ARE COMMON PLACE FOR FOOD, EXCEPT FOR LITTLE CESAR'S PULLMAN WASHINGTON

Originally would give 4 stars but when they changed the stuffed crust pizza with a literal salt lick on the edges and sauces were 85 cents each now..... its unfortunate.
I asked for paper plates and parmesan, I was told that this store does not stock those items because it would be considered giving out free stuff. Whoever made that decision is a cheapskate. If you decide to run a pizza place there is absolutely no reason you should not have parmesan on hand at all times.

I have a friend who was hired here, and was told multiple times to come in. Every single time he showed up, the manager wasn’t there when he said he would be. And then he called multiple times and they never answered. They finally told him to come in at 9 on a Saturday and he came, they told him to come back later. He decided to just call so it didn’t waste time (AGAIN), and they told him that they found someone else. He could have found another job in the 2 weeks that they said he would be hired. The least they could do is at least TELL him that there was someone else they found so he wasn’t under the impression that he had a solid job. Horrible and not professional. It’s sad that one of the workers had to tell him that there was someone else, not the hiring manager. Start contacting people who you say are hired and let them know what’s going on. Thanks.
