Mang is a diligent worker who makes good sushi, using fresh ingredients that he prepares by hand. It’s as authentic as it gets, as Mang is the sole owner of the business, is Japanese, and makes each roll by hand. Superior pricing with a cheaper menu compared to Tokyo Seoul, although when it gets busy, wait times can increase since the owner is just one person. I personally think it’s the best Sushi place in Pullman!

I got some takeout and it was amazing. I usually get the Philadelphia roll most of the time across the state, and I like this much better the vinegar seems pretty well balanced. I didn't expect it to be this good!

The food was good except for someone in my family ordered the sushi burrito which was warm and made them sick. The service was slow we waited for a very long time just to put our order in keep in mind no one else was in line and the food took a super long time… someone with a huge family ordered after us and got there food significantly sooner… the atmosphere was cool though in this building called the lumberyard with a airplane hanger kind of vibe.
