This was the first time I'd really been able to use the app I had downloaded it before in California but could not get it to work the staff at this location made it possible for me to get the app to work for me thank you your staff is great

What is going on here??? The CUSTOMER needs to make sure the employees are doing their job? Order at the kiosk and wait 15 mins to have the kid say " you need to make sure someone is at the counter " no I did my part with the kiosk. That's your job and your bosses job.

tbh all i could remember is the terrible traffic bc of the construction on the bridge. good food though if your in a pinch.
If you've travelled the country or world you know that all McDonald's restaurants are not created equal. Pullman's McDonald's are some of the cleanest and best serviced around. The staff is always incredibly friendly and efficient.

It's really frustrating! I can't stand the new ordering system. You have to input your own order instead of giving your order to the person accepting cash payments behind the counter. We're doing all the work now? Seems like things are taking a turn for the worse. I felt like I was someone training for a new job, and I'm trying to figure out where all the buttons are to order what I want. Shouldn't be this way. Pretty soon, everything will be voice automated. We won't have to touch or talk to a real person. Slow down McDonald's. You're putting people out of work already.

Staff are allowed to follow customers home and face no consequences as long as its for a personal vendetta. My wife and 2yo daughter were stalked and had to call the police. I can provide the police report along with witness statements.
