If youre going for McDonald's, this is the only one to trust in the Moscow/Pullman area. After multiple failed attempts at the two Moscow locations and the other Pullman location, we decided to give this one a try. Every time I've been to this location the staff is friendly and genuine, the order comes out quickly and accurately, and the food is always ð¥ and fresh! Whoever is running this place should give the others some pointers. Great job you guys. Absolutely worth the 20 min drive.

Well it's McDonald's so you can't expect a whole lot for what you spend. I will say that having to order at the kiosk is very frustrating. I'm wondering why they even have cashiers and clerks because your kiosks are trying to do their job and it's not working my personal opinion is get rid of the kiosk and bring the people back in. I'll be more than happy to give it five star review if you get rid of the kiosk

To the young gentlemen that ârubber duckedâ my jeep tonight in the drive thru, it was such a sweet gesture and I appreciate that you had such amazing energy at 10 oâclock at night. It was an amazing end to the day. Little gestures go a long way and it was super appreciated

Waited for a cashier for about 5 minutes before the manager noticed. Food was ok warm cashier was good.
Used the APP. All was good. But lettuce was old. Friendly staff.

Rather frustrating standing at the kiosk for 15 minutes trying to use the app to save a few bucks. Eventually went to the counter, and ordered the old fashioned way and dropped 30 bucks. Miss the by gone mcDonalds when it was cheap eats.

It has been awhile since I have been at this McDonald's. Way back both of my boys were managers of this location. My daughter and I on Feb 2, 25 ordered spicy chicken sandwich and it had no lettuce, tomato like the picture and it was flat as a pancake. Looked like someone sat on it. It was nasty. I did eat the fries. My daughter ordered the double cheese burger and a four piece nugget. At the window they advertise the dollar add on for nuggets for a dollar you would think they would mention they had a special. When we asked about it they it was only for the six piece not the four. I was very disappointed and won't be going back. Our food came to $18
