This was the first time I'd really been able to use the app I had downloaded it before in California but could not get it to work the staff at this location made it possible for me to get the app to work for me thank you your staff is great
If you've travelled the country or world you know that all McDonald's restaurants are not created equal. Pullman's McDonald's are some of the cleanest and best serviced around. The staff is always incredibly friendly and efficient.
It's really frustrating! I can't stand the new ordering system. You have to input your own order instead of giving your order to the person accepting cash payments behind the counter. We're doing all the work now? Seems like things are taking a turn for the worse. I felt like I was someone training for a new job, and I'm trying to figure out where all the buttons are to order what I want. Shouldn't be this way. Pretty soon, everything will be voice automated....
