My first time trying Miss Huddy's Barbeque, was the best decision just perfect for today's rainy weather- Jalapeno Cheddar link and potato salad. The combination was superbly delish! Pleasant service and lovely ambience along Paradise brewery, taproom.
They were already sold out with the pumpkin spice dessert! I hope they have it on their next trip. Will return to try rest of the items on their menu.

5 stars is an understatement. Every bite better than the last. 10/10

Anything great in life is worth a wait. Hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had outside of Texas (or maybe even better 😋)

We were in Pullman visiting family and it was suggested to try Miss Huddy’s BBQ .
Let me tell everyone this was very good Brisket, Ribs and Sausage. Cooked over Post Oak wood , this reminded me of the BBQ I grew up eating in Central Texas.
Very impressed with the food and the friendly service.
Can’t wait for my next trip back to enjoy Miss Huddy’s !!

Worth the wait...
Can't go wrong with any menu item here.
You won't be disappointed.

Easily the best food in Pullman hands down. However unless you want to hangout for an hour and morning drink this place is completely inaccessible. Hard to imagine how you get repeat business when the median wait time to get your order is easily 45 minutes to an hour. I used to love going here a couple years ago and quit because I do not have the time to spend my whole morning getting lunch. Drive by the line at 11am and you will notice it is kids on summer break or retired people who do not work. Hardly seems like locals visit.

fantastic, authentic, true-to-form Texas barbecue! it's like I was back home. you really don't get this kind of food anywhere around here.

definitely DO:
- arrive early (before opening!) and save your place in line
- expect to wait at least an hour (worth it!)
- be mindful of sun and heat while standing outside
- try a little bit of everything... it's all DELICIOUS!

can't wait to go back in a couple weeks!

Fantastic food! Everything on the menu was killer and the service was top notch. One of the must have food places on the Palouse!

I would highly recommend giving these guys a try. The turkey is amazing and the pulled pork sandwich is awesome. If they could speed up service just a bit, I think it would make the experience much more enjoyable.

Food was fantastic. The Turkey was the best, super juicy. Just need to figure out how to streamline the ordering process so more people can enjoy….

We’ve gone to Miss Huddy’s several times and will be going again soon! The food is fresh, delicious, and Molly and Tim always make it a fun experience. My favorite is the sausage with Cougar Gold and trying a seasonal side. I even bring home some Mac and Cheese for the kiddos. Highly recommend!!
