Me and my girl-friend stopped by for coffee and some breakfast and loved the food, the service and the atmosphere. Everyone was super cool and nice and the baristas were super sweet! We were gushing over how much we were loving the entire experience, we're planning on coming here again for sure.

I had the turkey pesto panini. It was 99 percent mayo maybe 1 percent turkey and a smidge of pesto. Extremely disappointing. I actually puked a little as I personally hate mayo and it was literally dripping out of my panini. I did not taste any pesto. I will never be back.

I used to get coffee here every day as a Pullman local. I had to stop because of expenses. Today I came in to treat my boyfriend and I for our anniversary and I ordered him an Americano (it was great) and myself I ordered a Salted caramel mocha with 2 extra shots and extra sweet (i always get the same thing) however, it wasnt sweet at all, no mocha at all, and I couldn't taste any of the espresso. It was just a cup of warm milk at that point. Im really disappointed because when I used to come here they would make my coffee perfect every single time. I paid about 11 bucks for a cup of milk. I changed my review because the owner refunded me and apologized for the bad experience. I appreciated that and will give Neil's another try :)

I love being able to get fun drinks that aren’t necessarily coffee, and the Lotus drinks and smoothies are perfect for that! I’ve only had a couple of other food items (a muffin and a breakfast sandwich) but they were both delicious! I’m also a fan of being able to buy flavored syrups; to my knowledge they are the only local ones that sell a wide variety of syrups.
If you’re in the mood for ice cream, they have a variety that you can choose from, and also can turn into a shake!

visited Neil’s Coffee hoping it might offer the warm, inclusive atmosphere that independent cafés so often promise — especially for students like me who are on the autism spectrum and can find larger venues overwhelming. Sadly, my experience left me feeling subtly but unmistakably out of place.
Whether through staff demeanor or the social tone set by regulars, the café felt less like a welcoming community space and more like an environment where difference — particularly neurodiversity — was quietly but palpably unwelcome. As someone with autism, this sense of being “othered” is deeply discouraging and can turn what should be a small comfort — a cup of coffee in peace — into a reminder of isolation.
I sincerely hope the owners and staff reflect on how even small gestures of warmth and inclusion can profoundly change the experience for neurodivergent customers, and work toward fostering a space where all patrons, regardless of neurological or social difference, feel genuinely valued.
People need to do better and be better
Good flavors, good vibes, servings are huge, this is one scoop.
I just tried their coffee (caramel latte) and I am blown away by the fact that coffee could taste this good. I usually make my own coffee using instant crystals and ofcourse ground coffee makes heck of a difference in boosting the coffee flavor/taste, but compared to starbucks this coffee tasted much more fresh and lifted my mood like never before. Do try this caramel latte - its worth it!
Geat spot for a morning meeting and to enjoy a great cup of coffee.

Great atmosphere, awesome local business, our go to stop everytime we are in Pullman.
One of the only restaurants in Pullman that has vegan options.
Loved this place! Ice cream was delicious and our server was wonderful! Will definitely be going back there again!
Great place to meet up with friends.

Coffee here is very over priced and mediocre
Ordered the drinks one being 7 and a matcha latte being 5.50
For a bad drink for it to be overpriced as well was very disappointing compared to all other coffee shops near by
The matcha latte tasted so bland almost just hot water
Also the tables here are very unstable
One table kept shaking the whole time due to the unevenness
Unfortunately will not be coming here again
